Joanne is simply the best! She is warm, friendly and professional, putting me at ease every time I visit her. I love how she assesses my skin and chooses specific products that suit it best. I also love how she explains everything she is doing, the benefits of the products she is applying and how I can improve my regime at home in simple ways. I didn't know anything about skincare and what I was missing until I met Joanne! She has done my facials since I moved to NYC in 2012. I've only trusted her with my skin and when I've had to see another when she wasn't available...it was not the same and I could feel the difference. Joanne is thorough, thoughtful and knows her stuff. She is passionate about what she does and is a lovely and patient person. She will make sure you are comfortable through the entire session.

I have been a client of Joanne's for about 5 years now and I love that she has come to know my skin and lifestyle so she can always recommend the best products and type of treatment I might need when I visit her studio.
She is also very well equipped and professional when she does in-home visits as well and it is wonderful to be able to do this on a special occasion as I did for my birthday party recently - a quick cleanse then beautiful makeup that all my friends commented on (I don't usually wear it!)

Receiving a service from Joanne is truly one of the most enjoyable and relaxing things I treat myself to. She is warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She will become your best girlfriend immediately! Working in the beauty industry myself, I really appreciate her vast knowledge and ability to explain the "how" and "why" of each treatment and product. She really takes her time and listens to your explanation of your skin concerns and then addresses them. I have eczema and also hyperpigmentation from acne scarring and sun damage and she has helped my skin repair and rejuvenate through peels
