Julie is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. She makes house calls which seemed perfect since I have a baby at home. First she rescheduled on me, and then at our scheduled time she started first asking me for directions and then said she wouldn't make it. Huge disappointment. Wouldnt bother relying on her

Julie Tussey is a genius when it comes to brows. I have struggled for years to find someone in New York who could create shape, fullness and who would spend the time needed to perfect the shape. Julie spent a generous amount of time revisiting the shape, asking questions and working diligently and carefully. Her method is amazing and I could not recommend her more. I'm the infamous Jules cited in Leslie's inaugural post below. I've been a Julie Tussey loyalist for over a year and can't praise her abilities highly enough. She is a master at what she does. Julie tweezes -- no waxing, no threading -- and is precise beyond belief. Every single hair is put in its place. The trick of Julie's wizardry is the dye, which captures every hair and fills in any sparse areas. As someone with light hair, a darker full brow makes such a difference.
