Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that allows everyone to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy". Improving health and enhancing one's quality of life. Reiki is an ancient light hands on technique to restore natural balance in the body and reconnect you to life force.
Each style of yoga will challenge your mind and body in unique ways, it's a disciplined practice that pays off in many ways. At Reiki City we offer yoga and fitness sessions that will increase your strength, flexibility, stability and improve mental clarity and calmness. The word vinyasa is translated to "arranging something in a special way".
Bio-magnetic therapy helps to heal and balance our bodies' pH levels through the use of strong rare earth magnets placed on the client's body. The ultimate goal of bio-magnetic therapy is to equalize your pH level and prevent or treat illnesses. This therapy does not use any device or is painful, on the contrary, it is an extremely simple and inoffensive technique uses magnet pairs positioned on different parts of the body.

I recently injured myself and tried everything. Massage. Chiropractors. Sauna. Steam room. Heating pad. Pain killers. Stretching. Finally decided to try out acupuncture for this back pain. I came to see Monica who instantly started assessing what was wrong. After her assessment she got to work and instantly started poking the needles into my pain points. I see both Meli and Monica at Reiki City and refer everyone to their practice for Reiki and Acupuncture. I ALWAYS feel lighter, more confident and clear after a reiki session. I have gone to Monica for all different types of issues from Female issues, strained neck muscles, and post surgical healing! Both are one of a kind healers and I don't know what I would do without them! OH and when I have visitors coming to town.. this is one of the first stops they make!!

Was visiting this past week and was able to make an acupuncture appointment with Monica the other day. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience.
I have a strained muscle and some significant pain - and she was able to schedule an appointment for me despite the short notice. The treatment not just helped to really loosen up the areas that were causing me pain, but also to loosen up my body overall.
I'm not well practiced or fully knowledgeable about how our human bodies are interconnected as a system - but after leaving my appointment it was clear to me that the acupuncture didn&apos

If you are here because you are thinking about Reiki...DO IT! Meli makes you feel comfortable and walked me through everything and explained it to me in a way that made me even more interested and excited to begin my session. I cannot explain how connected Meli was with ALL THE THINGS going on inside my mind...needless to say, when I left I knew my life was forever changed. Meli has an unrivaled ability to penetrate deep within your soul to get to the root of all problems. This is tremendous bc when you work with Meli it makes it extremely efficient.
