If you are going to require something that is different than what is on the website, specific to applicant(s) criteria, update the website. We can read. It is tough for everyone searching for housing, at this time, and this just makes it worse/harder and just isn’t professional. Don’t make up the requirements as you go, guys!

Excellent,no discrimination if you qualify you qualify as long as you turn all required documents.The process and service was very fast got approved the next day I applied! I’m from out of state looking to rent a nicer home in town. I communicated with Bill and viewed one of his listings. He was great to work with and customer service was obviously a high priority. I’ve been shocked at how several other companies I tried to reach were the opposite. If you are going to rent your nice home using a property manager then I highly recommend this company.

If you are looking for rental property, to purchase a home, or hire a property manager in Colorado Springs, Broadmoor Bluffs Realty (BBR) is the full package! We moved to "The Springs" in October 2016 and rented a condo from BBR. BBR did an excellent job managing the condo so we figured we would use them to find a home. Our agent was Brian Renga who was also the property manager for the condo. His knowledge and experience was a great help in navigating the very competitive Colorado Springs housing market.
