You will need a container to store the used oil in, and a method to move the oil from your fryer to the storage container. These storage containers can be outdoor bins or indoor tanks, and there are various ways to transfer the used oil.

Company is fraudulent. None of the customer reviews are from real restaurants, the Ecosystem app they mention is not real and is not trademarked as indicated.
There is no physical address (PO box now). Address used to be 1215 N. Grove street, but when confronted with the fact that there are several other companies at that address starting in 2014, odd mix of in state and out of state (Texas) companies all at one address. Some of these companies were directly fined or doing business with a company that was fined, total aggregate fines over $60K related company had tends of thousands of dollars

This company is soooooo bad and unprofessional, no idea how they're still in business. I manage a commercial property in the LA county area, and via a co-worker set up a new account and scheduled our first grease trap pumping service through J.R. Cunningham. The traps aren't openly accessible via street level, so we communicated to J.R. that we needed to be there the first time around to show the techs how to access the grease room and how to feed the pump hose in. J.R. told us they only schedule service at night, and he gave us a window of 10pm-12am (which is already a really large window

We have scheduled a service with J.R. Cunningham for our grease interceptor. We were told that they only do service at night and our service window was scheduled between 10 pm and 12 am, we have explained we needed to be there to give access to the building and show how things work in our building. No one showed up within that window, we’ve called their 855 number multiple times, people answered the phone and said they will be submitting "urgent" request but no one called us back (even the following day) or was able to tell us any helpful information, nor were they even able to verify if the

I've had multiple appointments missed and forgotten about. Every time I call in, I speak to someone different who has no idea how to deal with an issue. They are all just sent to "Eddie Flores" who never does anything.
I have had an emergency and needed my grease trap cleaned for a few weeks now and nobody seems to take it seriously. I don't know if this company understands what the word Emergency is.. but this whole company is pathetic.
I called in this morning to try and see when my cleaner would be showing up since they were already late, and I asked the worker if she could contact the driver

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.THEY ARE SCAMMERS. So I use there grease trap service and they are supposed to come ever 6 month to clean out my grease trap BUT they didn’t come and just charged me for it.. the funny thing is they sent me a picture of some other business and said they cleaned it. Lol the floor is different from my trap even the trap looks different... you know you got to be smart to scam people. Use your head and at least make the floor look the same or something.... the dark picture is what they sent me and bright picture is my grease trap

Worst customer service ever. Since we switched to Grand Natural our parking lot has had cooking oil overflow into it 4-5 times. Their solution... we'll put in another container. Doesn't matter since they don't come to empty either one of them when you put in a service request. Now we have two containers full and no place to put the used oil. If you own a restaurant we suggest you find another company that can handle a simple service request. You can't tell when the containers are full since they put a lock on the lid. Only when it is full and overflows do you know. We have even put in service requests

JR is a POS, He called us names... Hung up on us over 7 times. He said he had no boss he ran the show and if we didn't like their business or how they do business, to take it somewhere else!
We hope he gets FIRED!!!! However since he said he runs your Company and has NO BOSS, I guess that wont happen.

After reading all of the positive reviews about Grand Natural Inc it makes my experience all the more confusing and disappointing. I set up a new account for oil disposal with Grand Natural but after they failed to deliver the promised oil disposal drum on FOUR separate occasions over two weeks I decided to cancel my service. And guess who finally showed up the very next day?! Too little too late.
Generally, I am not one to complain but I gave them every imaginable opportunity to salvage the situation. The dozen calls on my phone log to Grand Natural bear that out.

Grand Natural has provided local restaurants with great service since they have been in business. I referred them to a friend of mines restaurant in the Inland Empire and they have had nothing but good reviews from my friends. If any spills occur by the restaurants they are quick to help take care of any problems.
