I usually don't write reviews but had to write this. Spoke with AnnMarie today and asked for ACH withdrawal monthly and her response was for me to initiate it. After letting her know I usually have the vendor do it and request the info they need including a voided check, she responded with a strong tone that I needed to do it and that they are really busy. She was rude and not accommodating at all. The staff there does not respond very well when they are asked to do something or look into something. All vendors should have access to do a ACH withdrawal.

What a FANTASTIC experience!! We are moving and had years' worth of papers and documents to shred. The Paper Depot was so easy to work with, and very professional. Even during COVID, all I had to do was park my vehicle and a gentleman came out with a bin and helped me transfer hundreds of pounds of paper to be shredded. I had the option of going back with him to watch my items get weighed and gobbled up by the shredder, then simply paid the per pound price. Done and done. I couldn't have asked for a simpler process or more professional (and helpful!) staff. Thank you Paper Depot!

Don't 'waste' your time or business with this company. No integrity as far as the way they handled customers' account. We're a commercial printer who gave our waste paper to them and NEVER GOT PAID. All they said was the recycling part of their bus. was sold to someone else, and that's the end of it.

Avoid this place like the plague! I had approximately 72 storage boxes and 60 banker's boxes in a storage facility. The scheduler said they needed to send out their 24 foot truck for that big of an order. I arranged to meet them on a Monday morning at 8:15. The man showed up with a small Chevy van. When I called and spoke to the girl I scheduled the pick up with, she said she never told me they would send the 24 foot truck and basically called me a liar! These folks offer no customer service! I cancelled my order.

Not worth driving there to have anything shredded. We did not want to "leave" our stuff at Staples etc. and this place said we could stand there and watch it be shredded at $10 per bankers box. They then proceeded to take our box away from us - take it out of our sight for five minutes - put it in a generic trash can (we assume) and tell us to watch generic stuff being shredded. Total waste of time and not secure at all.

Whoever is in charge of the phone is the rudest and most offensive human being. I called about 10 minutes ago to place an order for our bins to be emptied and the tone of her voice was extremely rude. I was trying to explain what services we needed and the woman on the other end of the line she kept cutting me off and talking to me like if I were an idiot that didn't know what services we needed. I would avoid this company altogether, don't waste your time and energy.

Recently did a major filing purge and needed a reasonable way to get everything shredded. Got quotes from some other places but almost everywhere was at least 3 times the cost. I appreciated being able to see that the documents got destroyed while I was there and that confidential info was not sitting around anywhere or subject to too many eyes. They were available for me to bring the stuff up any time before 3pm, dumped it from my boxes into one of there bins (which the truck picks up and pulls the papers out of, so no one else actually ever touched the papers), the guy pushed

I brought in my annual 40 pounds of documents to shred. The pricing has changed since my last visit in 2015 and they now accept credit cards! YAY! They not only provided me with a written receipt but an electronic receipt sent immediately to my email as well!
0-30 lbs costs just $10
31-60 lbs is $20
It's a great service and I love watching my documents shredded before my very eyes! Although they are several miles from my home, it is well worth the annual trip vs purchasing expensive shredders that jam and fall apart after the first day of use. This is the only company
