Felt ripped off for the amount of items I had took advantage of me & made me feel like i didn't know what i was talking about. Well never ever go back. Honest people at DBW Metal in Anaheim. I took less items to DBW Metals and gor more money frome them than i did from Bruces.

Good place to salvage your metals, recycled bottles, aluminum cans, and plastic. Find out their opening hours because you wait later in mid-morning you will line up with vehicles ahead to be service. I waited half hour before my collection of recyclables service.

I've been here countless times and it's always been a quick painless trip. These guys that work here are great and they help you unload with no qualms and get your materials in the right place in the quickest time possible. I've never had a problem and this will always be my recycling place. Keep up the good work.

1991 was the last time I was at this place. I happen across this place again because I have some copper to recycle. Before my last time here in 1991i was completely loyal to only this place. Well it doesn’t seem to have changed much as far as the honesty there. I see a lot of complaints in regards to the fair weights being paid for metals. I will sum up my complaint now. I had what I recall a 30 gallon trash can and I would ALWAYS have it filled to the top or close to it and would ALWAYS get about 40 bucks. On this occasion I watched him write down the weight and the total I was to be paid, which

I was very dissatisfied with him.i felt like he was harrassed

Normally I go to the other recycle place around the corner, but for some reason they aren't accepting recycles. They are pretty cool here, but it's a bit dirtier with all the homeless living in the street. Driving in and out might be hard if you have a large truck. I guess it's just a typical recycle joint.

I came here on Monday 12/31/18. There was a big line of cars all the way to street corner. Good thing I always walk in to avoid long wait time. I always get the empty baskets I need to dump in recycle. That speeds up the process and employees there will get you out faster.

I saw these guys listed in the yellow pages app as "scrap metal pick up." Obviously not the case. When I called, the gentleman answering the phone was very rude and said "we don't pick up" and just hung up on me. Not that big of a deal, but I don't believe they are a company I would call again to do business with in the future. Bad first impression.

Is literally one of the only recycling centers that I will go to with my copper or other metals I have been to a few places local to hear that have shorten me on what I should have been paid for or who have gave me a hard time because of my timing coming 10 minutes before closing. These guys have stayed open for me when I have called just a minute after what they would close the doors at very good customer service can get a little packed at times but they still are pretty quick! Feel free to try your luck somewhere else if you feel that you would rather be paid right and have good customer service

They have a cool small junked plane here!
I had a lot of scrap metal to get rid of and this place worked well in a pinch. Parking in the space was limited and bit confusing upon entering, but once there the guys were helpful.
Didn't get much for the metal (a penny a pound) but the cans paid off decently. It was also nice not to have to separate glass bottles by color like requsome places.

I had excellent service very professional. I brought in a full truckload copper and aluminum and some metal. They explained to me. That if I cleaned the metal they paid top dollar. If you have the time is it worth a lot more that way. They pulled me off to the side and employee showed me how to do that. The other companies don't tell you that. they just buy it like it is. then they clean it and they make the money on it. It was nice I made an extra $50.00. Doing that in just 10 minutes it was a really easy. highly recommend them. Larry Turner

They quoted me 1 cent / lb. Yikes! It felt very cramped & cluttered here, it was very difficult to maneuver my long bed truck. Not a very big lot size. It took awhile to get some service although it wasn't very crowded. I had to get out and retrieve assistance. With the heavy truckloads I usually have direction & assistance unloading is a pro for me. it would be easier on me to go elsewhere considering workers usually come to help me. The experience was way to exhausting.

I can't believe I am rating a salvage yard. I called and asked if they took mattress bed frames and they said yes. They said they take it at $0.04 a pound. I made $2 dollars.

But, part of my old bed frame was yellow brass. It was about $1.70 a pound. I got $65 dollars out of the whole trip. Nice!

You drive in. You stop at the weigh station. The crew there helps you unload the car to weigh the scrap metal. You get a receipt from the weigher. You go to the cashier window. They take your ID and thumb print (I think to ID possible copper thieves). Then they cash you out.
