Maybe it’s great living here, but good luck getting any information on the units and floors plans that they offer. No one at the front desk can give me simple answers as to availability and pricing, and proceed to tell me that their manager will call me back. I’ve called twice and have never received their promised call. But I’ll get a ton of emails saying “apply now so you secure your spot!” I’m not applying for anything until I can speak with someone who can answer my questions about this place! Ridiculous!

The Haven of Athens is a great community neighborhood for college students, and recent graduates. The amenities it comes with are great including the gym, pool, and study areas. The floor plans are all updated and very modern. If your a college student or young adult looking for a place to live, I highly recommend the Haven of Athens!

The Haven of Athens is such a beautiful brand new housing option for UGA and surrounding area college students. Leasing agent Stephanie took so much time answering all of our questions to help us make the best decision possible for signing a lease in place where it's convenient to campus, secured w fully gated and video surveillance property w the awesome community feel of green space and club house all with adorable new cottage living.
