Sobjack Home Inspections was great! Casey was super thorough and found a bunch of stuff that we would have never thought to look for. He was prompt, responsive, and walked me through the inspection report, explaining everything from front to back. I have no reservations about his service, and would use him again in a heartbeat!

Due to Covid-related border restrictions, we couldn't actually view the cottage we were making an offer on. The thoroughness of Casey's inspection and report gave us the confidence to go ahead. He was available and answered all our questions. Now that we have visited the property, we can heartily recommend Casey for great service.

Casey was extremely professional in talking with us over the phone and got our inspection done on short notice. Just after our phone call the storm in November 2021 hit whatcom county, and Casey was out rescuing people. Casey performed a home inspection on a house were were purchasing. He arrived ahead of schedule and immediately got to work.
