Brian helped me with a recent home purchase by performing an inspection on my turn of century house under contract. He recommended a sewer line inspection due to the age of the house and original clay pipes that are often not yet updated. I'm so glad I followed his recommendation! The line was almost completely obstructed, and with Brian's report and video I was able to negotiate the sewer line replacement before closing. His report was wonderfully thorough and will function as an excellent punch-list for after I move in. Thanks Brian, for your excellent work!
