Purchasing a new car will be important to your livelihood, employment, family, business, and social life, and it's just as important to have a reliable mode of transportation.
Your vehicle qualifies under California Lemon Law if it has a defect that your dealership has been unable to repair. The law only applies if the dealership has been given an ample number of chances to repair your vehicle within the warranty period. California Lemon Law does not stipulate that the repairs happen within the first 18 months or 18,000 miles of usage.
If your vehicle or commercial goods have been repaired a reasonable number of times but they still don't meet the requirements stated in your manufacturer's warranty, then your vehicle is a lemon, and you are deserving of a replacement or refund. If your vehicle or good doesn't fall within the specifications of lemon law, then you may be able to receive cash reimbursement due to the diminishing value of your vehicle or good.

Avoid at all costs! I contacted them first in the beginning of September 2021 as my 2021 (6 month old) car was defective (the brakes are not working) and I wanted to claim the lemon law. I was dazzled by the reviews and thought that they must be a reputable firm. The document collection people contacted me to acquire all my documents, however I was on the phone with them for about an hour as my case was a bit more unique than a regular lemon law case, as the car was defective from the get go. I would highly recommend Cali Lemon Lawyers. I didn’t have what I would say is the strongest case, but they were willing to take my case anyway and exceeded my expectations. Michelle is an amazing and very professional Lawyer. I gave her my case for 2020 and she really fought for me without asking for extra fees after she won. (Other attorneys usually charge a percentage after they win the case). Best attorney I have ever had and hired. (I've had attorneys vanish after I hired them-I know so bizarre).
