They never answer phone calls and when they do it's like 2 weeks later . They file paperwork without me not knowing exactly what it's for nor do they inform you why they are combing cases together when they take on a different case on a different year and don't even explain why. Still need surgery but yet have yet to hear about what's happening with that, all I want to be able to function before I retire to have some sort of quilty of life . Won't hold my breath for any response cause I might end up in the hospital for lack of air.

Cheryl Wallach ruined my life.
Not only was she the worst attorney ever, she doesn't respect her clients. Heck, I thought I was her client but she handed my case over to another attorney without informing me. She also screwed up the dates of my QME so that my ex-employer would win. I truly believe she works with these companies and pockets the money. These Workman's compensation attorneys work on quantity over quality. They are difficult to work with and never call you back, so you have to call the adjuster yourself, and then they get mad because you spoke with the adjuster. I have had 2 surgeries and have yet to have one millisecond of occupational therapy, and have literally begged and cried to get this going so I could return to work. I had to call the adjuster again just trying to get paid, and even though I haven't received a check in almost 4 weeks, Cheryl Wallach just told me, "If I had to file a petition for every check
