At Falcon Family Eye Care, we understand eye care very well, just as you would expect, but we also understand business. We pledge to take excellent care of you as a patient first and foremost, but just as importantly, as a customer and a friend. Understanding insurance benefits can be confusing. At Falcon Family Eye Care, our staff will be sure you fully understand your insurance benefits and assist you in using your material benefits so that you get the most out of your insurance coverage. Our insurance specialist will also provide you the benefit of either filing your insurance claim for you or helping you file your insurance yourself.

I went in to see Dr. Walls, and she is a nice person, and a smart person to. Dr. Walls will answer any questions you have about your eyes. They have a selection of Frames, and I like that they check that the prescription is the right one before they give you your glasses or contacts. Dr. Walls and her staff are nice people. I recommend this place for your eye care needs. I live in Colorado Springs and don't have a car, but Dr. Walls finds a way to get you your glasses anyway. I'm still waiting 2 weeks later for my glasses. I did have to wear a mask even though I was the only person in the waiting

I had a great experience going here, all the personnel from the front desk to the doctor are friendly, professional, and very well knowledgeable in their trade. You can stop looking for an eye doctor, Falcon Family Eye Care is the best optometrists in the area. 100% recommended I will be back for all of my future visits!!

I loved this place. The doctors are nice and fantastic. However this is my complaint. I came in yesterday, my glasses were in perfect condition. I had new lenses in and I was getting them replaced. They took them to a back room to fit them and came out and said they were broken. They said there was a crack in them before they tried putting the lenses in the frames. I know for sure they weren't broken, then they blamed me and charged me for replacement frames. After charging me they had told me that they had cut the lenses to be too big for the frames and that they'd have to order new lenses again

If i could give this place 6 stars i would. I went in as a new patient and my children are on medicaid. They have they BIGGEST selection on medicaid frames i have ever seen. Dr. Walls is so nice and is great with children. Her staff always knows what they're doing and they are always so helpful. They're so patient and are able to always keep calm when it gets busy. I'll be sure to let everyone know to come here. I live out in Springs but Dr. Walls makes the commute worth it.

Horrible!!!!! Flat out LIED to me!!! They have gone so far down hill. They were great a year ago and now absolute horrible service. I tried calling for 1.5 months to get my prescription changed and I got the run around, no calls returned. After my fourth call the lady stated I had to come back in. Finally got an appointment, ordered contacts that… day. Two weeks later still no contacts, called to check the status and the lady told me they are on backorder, flat out lie. They NEVER ordered them, because within 15 mins after this phone call I received an email stating my contacts were ordered

We would like to Thank, Dr. Walls and her staff for such OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! We were traveling through Peyton, Colorado when our friend Mr. Cox developed a seriously eye infection. We called Falcon Family Eye Care, explained we were from out of state and they were able to fit us in. Dr. Walls is very caring and professional. Dr Walls and all three staff members in the office were so friendly, prompt, and accommodative. I had a wonderful experience! I have Tricare insurance and didn’t have any issues. I was well informed during each step: check-in, pre-screen, exam, post exam, and check-out! They even put in a lot of effort to figure out which next schedule date worked best with me and offered a Saturday appointment! Also, they called the day before my appointment to remind me as well as sent texts!

Dr. Walls is a super caring doctor, she obviously cares about her patients and always makes me feel cared for. My prescription has been kind of tricky and she has helped me figure it out. Her staff is helpful & responsive and its easy to schedule an appointment. They have good deals and rebates on contacts too!

Dr Walls is the best! She always gives you her full attention and makes you feel like you’re the only patient there. It’s also so nice to be served quickly, my time isn’t wasted waiting around for someone to help me. The front office is friendly and can always answer questions. I will be a customer here for a long time.

The customer service is awful! The front desk staff does not seem to be very capable as I had tried to update my address multiple times, but every time they got it wrong which caused a major delay in receiving contacts for which I paid a lot of money. They didn't seem too concerned with helping me as I had to call back repeatedly to get updates regarding my order. And I went undiagnosed with keratoconus for years - doctor kept indicating that it was sever astigmatism! I think the doctor is more concerned with driving a Mercedes SUV and wearing Tory Burch shoes than she is with patient care. I will

Friendly and relaxing atmosphere - amazing staff and service. Dr Walls clearly and professionally explained my eye scans and vision changes. The staff helped me choose the right pair of glasses in accordance with my prescription; they also assisted me with my VA paperwork. Overall, a great eye care experience!

Dr Walls and her staff are fantastic. Always prompt, always friendly and we always receive great care. On our most recent visit they worked hard to find the perfect prescription and brand of contacts for my daughter who has an astigmatism in both eyes. They also looked to find the best deal as far as glasses vs contacts and what would work best to have our insurance cover since she needed both. The office staff is great and always friendly and helpful. I highly recommended Dr Walls and Falcon Family Eye Care.

My husband and I have had nothing but positive experiences at Falcon Family Eye Care. Their atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, their receptionist team is kind and accommodating, and I can not say enough good things about Dr. Walls. She answered all of my goofy questions being new to glasses, walked me through each of the steps she was taking- even went to the extent of offering me eye drops because I’m a swimmer. They’ve got a heck of a team there, and I’m so glad I get to be a patient here!
