I spoke to both Tony (owner) and Bill (Manager) and they were helpful and professional and answered all my questions and scheduled me right away. That was a great start and then they sent Jamison, the actual locksmith, to my home and he was possibly the nicest and most professional service representative that we have ever had in our home.

Wow, when i called they didn’t even hesitate to gather information and get to are location as soon as possible. It 23 degrees outside the car, but they were done in less than 10-15 minutes. That included opening the car and making us a copy of the key. This key was 60 dollars which would have cost of 200.00 at the dealership. Wonderful!

I had the lock break on my Pella sliding door & it left my door in a closed locked state. It is the only way to the backyard for my dogs so it was critical that we get it fixed, or at least opened, as quickly as possible before any " doggy accidents" occurred. 😉 I called Big Red shortly after 8am. By 9:15am the door was opened, lock fixed, and I had 2 keys for the door. Fantastic customer service by Jamison. Highly recommend.

My family has turned to Big Red Locksmith for various reasons: locking our keys in the car, having a duplicate key made for a vehicle, seeking out a key fob and programming the key fob to a vehicle. The gentlemen that helped my family in each case were professional and most importantly kind. I drove out to their site for one of the services and had my children with me. Their staff was mindful of my time and were extremely friendly and personable to myself and my children. One gentleman even remembered my dad. In December of 2020, I lost the fob for my 2016 Dodge Ram. Had it towed back to my apartment and Big Red Locksmith came out fairly quickly, despite the snow falling and accumulating. I thought the price was high, but was comparable to other businesses. The point of my review is, that part of the fob broke off (a piece of rubber) and exposed the circuit board, and I could no longer use this fob. I did have them make 2, so had a back up. I finally found the time to take the fob back in, and even though it has been nearly 7 months, they fixed it with no problem and did not charge me. Thanks guys.

I had locked my keys in my car at the hotel. Friend told me to wait until morning so I would be calmer. Not from the area, I tried a few places that claimed to be 24/7 but did not answer. Big Red answered, was polite, and arrived before they said they would be there. The gentleman was efficient, pleasant, and did not make me feel bad about the incident. I am sorry I did not get his mane. I would highly recommend Big Red if you get locked out in Omaha. Thank you.

I was immediately helped and waited while they fixed the problem for a fair price. I will use them again. Also appreciated that both customers and staff wore masks. Sorry that it was a Monday so I could have crossed the street and have gotten something to eat at Sojourner's my favorite Ralston Cafe.

My OEM Honda transponder key broke, so I was forced to get a new key. I ordered an OEM key blank off the web and took it and my vehicle to Big Red Locksmiths to have the key cut and the transponder chip programmed to my vehicle.
As an aside, they sell these key blanks too, so you can go to them for the whole thing.
I was assisted by Don, who had everything completed in a jiffy. My key was cut using a spare that I brought along, and Don also programmed the transponder chip in the new key so that it would actually start the vehicle.
I opted to use Big Red Locksmiths over a local Honda dealer

Yep, we accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment the other night..after hours of course. Ran over to our neighbors apartment and used their phone book where we came across Big Red Locksmiths (It has nothing to do with them having a Husker reference I promise...) Anyways, a locksmith showed up in 10 minutes, and it took a whole 30 seconds to unlock our door (I'm glad they are on our side!).
Pros: Quick, friendly, accepted Visa, 24-hour availability.
Cons: I thought $60 was a little steep, but worth it!
