Bought an odd ball classic car with missing door keys. They educated me on how the locks worked and they were very patient with me as they were explaining it to me and as I checked for updates. I brought in door, glove box, and trunk locks, they made a key that works in all of them! I didn't have to track down a new matching lock set with keys. Saved me time and money. Was a great example of why you should trust these experts. Will definitely be back for all my key needs.

We had our locks changed when we moved into our new home. Come to find out it is much cheaper to re-key than buy 4-5+ new locks! The guys at Keymasters were very helpful when I called to get information about re-keying since I'd never had it done before. We were able to get it scheduled and done in about 2 days time. Total time at our home for 5 locks and 5 new keys was about 30-40 minutes. I'd say that's a lot faster than me changing a single lock on my own! Thanks Keymasters!

This place is just great - honest and helpful.
We have a 100 year old house. The front doorknob came loose - and then actually came out (detached from the door hole!). We'd used Keymasters 7 years ago when we needed a key made for the door when we bought the house).
My husband called them about our current situation. The gentleman on the phone had my husband bring the doorknob in. He explained to my husband what had happened - and how to fix it. No charge. No service call. That's service!

I got locked out of my house on a hot morning with a dog and 3 month old. The original quote was that it would take an hour, but they made me a priority and someone was there within 20 minutes. Then, my lock was a kind you cannot pick. But the technician made a key from scratch and got us in. He was so kind!!

KeyMasters is the only place that I go to to have keys made. I gave up trying to have a spare house keys in the lake made at hardware stores and other shops. Half of them just didn't quite work right. There is something to be said by having a professional do something that would be on the face of it very easy to do. Machines are automated to duplicate a key somehow can't make a key that works and locks. This is never the case with any key made by Keymasters. I recently purchased a new home and had all the keys changed over and relax redone. They were very professional. They were on

I went to a few other places before another business recommended I go here. I needed a safety box key copied and nobody in town would do it. They were able to assist me. Store was clean and open and the person assisting me was very professional. I even had a nice visit with another customer while waiting. Overall, this experience couldn't have been any better. If I ever need keys made or a locksmith, I will be calling these guys!

I had my car door lock stopped working. I was told that having it rekeyed would cost a fortune. When I arrived I was waited on in one minute flat. They cleaned the lock cylinder, cut two new keys using a key-code they found and sold me some common sense lock lubricant/cleaner and my total bill was $30. GREAT service. I trust these guys.
