Services
Whether you're receiving massage for the first time or an experienced client, you'll appreciate Beth's calm presence and professionalism. Beth will listen to your concerns, ask you pertinent questions as necessary and answer any questions you have, in order to customize a safe and effective session of therapeutic massage that meets your goals and exceeds your expectations.
We follow this Programming Mindset. Our HIIT/Cross Training class is an hour long class and will typically include Warm-Ups, stretching and Mobility, a skill development segment, the high-intensity "workout of the day" (or WOD).
We will use equipment from multiple disciplines, including barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, resistance bands, rowing machines, assault bikes, various mats, calisthenics, Olympic-style weightlifting, Strongman-type events, plyometrics, body weight exercises, indoor rowing, aerobic exercise, running.We will push you to your limits and you'll love it.

Love working out at T2B! My husband and I joined for the time that we were staying in town and started going to the 7am Crossfit class, but Brandon also gave us the option to go in for open gym on our own time. We really appreciated being able to do both! The space is clean, well cared for and has everything you could need to get a solid workout in.

Close 1-on-1 time with trainers and small groups. They are flexible to work with your daily schedule for class times. Very clean workout area and restrooms. Great tunes while your working out. I'm totally hooked and loving to learn everything about Crossfit! I called and got a free workout when I came in to see the gym and my first month was only $30! This gym is new and growing come down and bring a friend to push each other threw workouts along with the great job Brandon and Corey do already!
