RPT Fitness Center is a personal training facility dedicated to transform your mind and body into your STRONGEST self. In order to reach your goals we offer everyone a wide variety of different personal training options & health increasing regimens in order to achieve the most elite results!

We hold daily group fitness classes (which can be modified for any fitness level), kids' obstacle fitness course classes, a variety of self defense classes (including Tai Chi Chuan for Health), and provide a a vast knowledge of health improving techniques throughout every class!Regardless of your age, specific goals and/or fitness level, our personal training facility has exactly what you need to achieve ANY fitness goal!

Newly located on River Road RPTFC is a private training facility aimed at leading the driving effort to permanently increase the strength of mind, body & character in our increasingly distancing society!. Depending on you desire to achieve your own individual fitness goals; Our mission is to motivate and guide you way past your own expectations in order to help you achieve greatness!
Our private sessions are one-on-one private lessons for Fitness, Kung Fu, or Tai Chi training! For our Group Privates or Semi Private lessons you get to create your own workout group that focuses on your groups specific Fitness, Kung Fu or Tai Chi goals! During our house call sessions we take the training to YOU! Just like a private session you pick the dates & time only now we'll waiting at your door!
Tai chi chuan literally translates as "Supreme Ultimate Fist". It is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense as well as its health benefits. Learning the form is only a part of Tai Chi Chuan. The principles and body mechanics learned in the Tai Chi form can also be applied and tested with push hands, traditional Chinese weapons, and two person fighting sets.
Daily, instructor lead, open workout sessions that are available for members or walk-ins to participate in throughout the week! A 90 minute class for kids 5 & up learn all about muscle control and communication while playing fitness games and concurring different obstacles every class; held 3 days a week!
