Cute, really nice. Just needs a Through Clean Down/Up. Couldn't touch the towels. Top Sheet was Disgusting. Eww, on Shower Curtain. Couldn't put bar of soap on side of shower. Never could walk bare foot in there. Ugh. But the layout was adorable. A great building. Cute Christmas decorations. Beware of the Powerline in the Front if you are Tall, don't want to walk into it. ♡♡♡♡ Hope it gets super clean soon. It would/will be Nice. ☆

This hotel is amazing, some rooms have a kitchen, small living room area with tv, a bathroom, nice beds and desk, yes sometimes there can be certain dusty areas or sometimes the cleaners can leave things by accident, but I understand them because it can very stressful for them to remember where or if they left things in the room, Blanca one of the workers there is AMAZING, need anything from her if you see her around just ask her and she will help you.

I'm from out of town and was very surprised at the customer services. The lady was very rude . The week I stayed I had no visitors at all. And was questioned every day regarding no visitors. Accusing me as if. I don't think customer services is everything but since nothing else was great I'll never go back and will discourage anyone else from staying. The woman argued with me consistent ly. No stars for this place Thank you

What a horrible experience! The toilet didn't work properly (the flushing force was extremely weak), eventually it overflowed and flooded the bathroom. I went to the front desk and told them. They quickly came, scooped out the water, mopped the floor, and used the plunger, but they DID NOT DISINFECT the place so we had to suffer the smell the rest of the evening! By the way I asked for another room earlier and they said there was none available. I won't stay there again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, however it is hotel policy to turn ac up to 71 or more when they clean a room. Not so nice to be out in the heat all day, and have to come back to a hot, stuffy room. Also, in order to cool off and have a cool drink you have to pay for ice. If you need a room for one night it may work, but for an extended stay I would look somewhere else.

It is said it is a hotel but it is a motel. They arranged things in weird places like the sink is in a large empty space and the shower and toilet are jammed into one small room. Also they are not many outlets to charge your phone, and the floor is dirty. I suggest you not stay there while you are in California .

One night stay middle of August in room 111. It was a last minute weekend and we didn't really have much choice. The reviews on kayak were good, we should have checked Yelp...
The welcoming was very friendly, but that was it.
The bathroom was dirty: two hairs that definitely did not belong to us were found on our towels and on the floors (we're blonde and the hairs were black), foot print in the bathtub, half a tiny bottle of shampoo for three people... to top it off, the shampoo had already been opened and used, probably by the prior clients! The sanitary seal had clearly been taken

Lower tier motel/hotel. Stayed on 1 night flier for a local roller derby tourney. Booked online, check in took 5 mins on a Saturday. Weird 5$ cash deposit(room key)
Based off reviews, expectations were low.
room 201 non-smoking. Nothing to write home about, everything dated but room was clean, mini fridge, blow drier, small flat screen tv& mini coffee maker. Bed was serviceable.
bathroom average- shower hits you in the chest area. AC blew cold as ice. Quiet neighborhood w/many shops& places to eat (baguettes are a hit out here)
I didn't feel any less safe then I would in Phoenix

Me and my bf always check in the motel right across the street from valley motel. yet bad service, pricy, fill of cigarette smell, the room are very dirty. During our check in timing, we specifically ask the receptionist for non smoking. Yet the counter lady(rude behaviour) took us around to test most of the room. All are heavy cigaret smell which can really cause me bad headache. During my last stay, I yelp around and see valley motels had some good appraisal and high rate, therefore last night me and my bf had gave it a try. Bam, clean room, less expensive, non smoking which is beyond my expectation

Stayed here from August 13-14 while my home was getting fumigated. Wish I could have brought some that Vikane Gas Fumigant with me. This place had baby roaches crawling around in the bathroom. The beds were awful, too soft and made a creaking sound with every movement. I had 2 sleepless nights. We brought our own bath towels and bed sheets. At least there were no bed bugs.
They had a good working wifi. Lesson learned it's really true "You Get What You Paid For"

No one wants to wake up at three in the morning with a cockroach running across their face. After I sprang up and turned on the light to my horror there were roaches all over the bathroom floor, the walls, the tv and in the bed! I got up and started killing as many as I could to clear space for me to pack up and get out. I had to make sure none had stowed away in my belongings took time because they didn't mind crawling around even with the lights on and me killing them at the rate of six to ten per minute. I turned in my key early that morning and told the owners why I was checking out early

Cons: Cockroaches, gross carpet, small toilet, thin towels, ineffective air conditioner, large gap beneath the front door, the bedding was way too warm for summertime, and there was miscommunication from staff about check-in time which resulted in having to pay for an extra day.
Pros: Mini fridge in the room, good housekeepers, small flat screen TV.
We should have checked Yelp before staying here!

The staff here is nice, but the room left a few things to be desired. The mini fridge was broken, the tv had distorted color on the right side, and the wifi kept disconnecting every 2 minutes. Thin towels. Low pressure water in the shower. Can't complain too much for the price, but there's my soap box haha.

This place was awful! There were cockroaches everywhere! My partner and I expected to find a quiet hotel to spend the night in, but as soon as we entered the room, he killed two cockroaches and I found more bugs crawling on the walls and curtains. The owner denied the presence of cockroaches, but I showed him the photos and he finally believed me--only that he tried hard to keep our business by offering us another room. There was no way I was staying in such an unsanitary place for the night! I do not recommend this place at all. The pool was drained, and even the room looked unwelcoming, dark
