Services
The cleaning staff goes to the trouble of folding the towels into shapes, and the towels are nice and thick. My shower had one of the best low flow heads I've used. Water was hot immediately. The staff were pleasant and helpful and gave us Clubhouse passes to Santa Anita for Saturday and Sunday. Restaurants are close by and easy access to the 210 to get around LA. Rooms are inexpensive and we would stay there again.

The website is misleading and deceiving. This place was a dump, badly maintained, an unwelcoming front desk host, holes on the sofa, holes on the furniture, the pool is closed which was not noted until you get there, cigarette buds and syringe caps on the floor, the smell of cannabis coming out of every other door, you can feel the mattress springs by the second day and they try to hide this by placing a mattress pad liner! Good grief, it was three days of disappointment. I give this place one star plus two thumbs down - I do not recommend this place.

Incredibly horrible hotel. This is a roach coach with makeup.
In the two nights we stayed here, we didn't get a single turn down service, had to use the same towels for 3 days, the vending machine didn't work so we had to Uber water to our room, the shower didn't work so we had to take a bath, the floors were covered in dark stains and the padding under the carpet has soaked in whatever those stains are and cause the ground to be bumpy and suspect. The curtains had red spray substances, which in combination with the stains and padding soaking, made it feel more like a crime scene than a nice hotel

Horrible Horrible Hotel!!!!!!! Tried making a reservation for this hotel and the front desk was extremely rude and hung up on me. I was being respectful during the whole conversation and had to ask them to please settle down. I was in no way shape or form being disrespectful then they hung up on me. And did not answer there calls afterwards. If I could give them a zero I would.

One of the most dirty places I've ever seen with my own eyes.. I can't believe Monrovia allow this in there city.. I've worked at most of the hotels in Monrovia/Arcadia.. And I'm just speechless.. And the carpet made my skin crawl it was so dirty.. I just ended up leaving.. This place need some more TLC
