This place is completely infested with bugs! Do not stay whatever you do! It isn't worth the price! Roaches, worms, and bed bugs!
Me and my child left covered in dozens of bites! Roaches crawling all over the place. Absolutely disgusting. The shower curtain doesnt fit the shower so it only closes 25%. The microwave doesnt work. Electrical outlets falling out of the walls. Bugs bugs bugs. Really rude overnight staff. The entire experience was terrible. Id rather stay in my car than stay here being eaten alive by bugs.

Simple, affordable rooms. A $20 cash security deposit is required at checkin. Upon settling into the room, I notice burn holes in the bedding and ashes in the window seal. The satellite tv stopped working. There are no phones in the room to call the front desk.

Ive never seen a hotel room this bad before. I didn't feel safe. The curtains were hanging from pvc pipes, the floors and furniture had holes in them and non smoking room had a very bad cigarette smell.

So far it is well kept secret the staff was on there game three stars and haven't spent the night yet

The room that we stayed in was very clean I have the owners seem to keep up their property very well but they do everything themselves thats cool for family based motel they allowed a late check out to run and gather money unfortunately did not get money for another day bank issues so the owners turned physco and started to yell get out of here without returning deposit. I want to go back because 50 is alot to me but to save an argument i just washed my hands with the lose motels shpuld be regulated to bring overpriced rooms down to economically help the people in need?

Quiet motel with gated access to ensure security of guests. Check in was smooth and quick thanks to the efficient lady at the front desk. My room was styled like a bungalow so I did NOT experience overhead noise from other guests stomping their feet in rooms above. My room also came equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, 43 inch flat screen TV, closet with hangars, hair dryer, a wooden desk and chair. There is a 7 eleven, staples store, sushi restaurant and Cadillac as well as Range Rover dealership close by!

My dislikes with this place are they charge a $20 cash deposit at check

In my own opinion I love this hotel. It's an older hotel, so the rooms here very in size and decor. Coffee maker in each room. Front desk very friendly, home-ie feel; and for los angeles the price is very good.

The worst place to stay. Please People pay little extra stay in normal place it's a zoo with different homosapiens ... rooms are very dirty it's disgusting I don't have nasty words to describe ,, where is pasadena city health division 80 % of occupants are covid 19

Horrible!!! Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. The rooms appear to be nice until the sun goes in and the other guest come out. Meaning roaches to the max!! The manager is rude as can be as well. If you must stay there don’t bring any bags if you don’t want the roaches to go back with you.

I should probably start of by saying this. The following is a brief disclaimer. :
I've never written a review before in life. This is ,because , as a former business owner (caterer), I understand how unfair it is to lose profits because of some disgruntled customer. One who expects you to serve him/her more than what they what they paid for. Therefore I am otherwise opposed to leaving reviews.
This is why it has taken me a while to write this. But , after deep and thorough ponderance , I've decided that this is unequivocally necessary.

Place is very cozy and inviting. Front desk lady, Taline was very polite and patient with my issues. I am defenitely staying here again next time if local again.

The front desk girl Taline is amazing and makes this hotel what it is! She's so kind and cares about each individual here with her heart and soul!! So thankful for her and the manager Yohana! Me & my boyfriend wouldn't stay here if it wasn't for them both! Seriously!

On the other hand, this one young girl with light purple hair, her name is Paloma defines the definition of RUDE! She literally hates people, especially if your a nice person! I wish they would fire her!

The rooms are always clean , they remodeled most of them. And it's basically a home away from home motel

The 1 Star rating is only because of how close this dump was to the Gold Line.
When we arrived, there was "guests" hanging out in the parking lot, getting high. I thought nothing because it's legal and it wasn't going to be an all day sesh. Welp, I was wrong about that, there were more getting high when we got back from being out.
After being out and getting ready to relax, the TV didn't work. And after going back and forth, a $10 refund was the most she was authorized to give.
Long review short, we bounced after getting the $10 refund and left the key card. I filed

I laugh at all of it. My partner and I were desperate to stay somewhere. So we came across this place. I'll just leave it at: we got lucky we had a DECENT room (room 221). Did have two roommates, which were roaches. When walking to check out came across some fresh blood. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. LOL

Do not stay here! It's infested with bed bugs. After first 2 nights we woke up with bits all over.We told management and were told to look in the mattress and bed skirt. Sure enough we found 2 bed bugs. Its like they knew they don't wash the bed skirts and are aware of the bed bugs. Not to mention they didnt want to give us a refund for both nights! This place is a jealth hazards! Nevermind all the drug dealing going on there. Stay elsewhere for your health!

We did not realize there were roaches until I got up around 1qm to pee. I turned on the lights and they were everywhere!!!!! Called Hotwire and got a full refund. Checked out at 1:30am. Wish I could post videos. They were everywhere. Even on my dog!!!!

If I'd be given a choice, I'd give a rating less than 0.
Recently I was trying to book a 3-star hotel via Hoteire and received the confirmation of this awfully disgusting 2-star hotel. Though my trip is a few days away but I visited one of my friend and found it to be the dirtiest place ever. I contacted Hotwire but they hung up the phone which made me realize that they're even worse than Priceline. I could only wish that i receive the cancellation of this hotel with full refund since I haven't started my stay yet because I'm not staying there at all. Found another great

Clean but very minimal accommodations . I did find a small baby bug in the bathroom . Bottom level rooms are facing the parking lot . Woken up numerous times with people talking loudly and locking their cars and having their cars honking. Don't stay here unless you have some real strong sleeping pills!
They don't even supply a Kleenex box in the room! Really cheap.
Other places are more expensive but might be worth the money. At least you get breakfast at other places.
On the weekend they jack the prices up by almost $30 . Surely not worth it.
You get what you pay for and you pay way

The fact that these people can't update their website attached to the URL on this site says it all. I'm scheduled to live here for two nights. I'm telling you now if these rooms are not what they advertise them to be I'll quickly ask for a refund and check out. I'm not for any foolishness. But please get your website fixed at least. Show some class.

Not bad for the price. Bed was very wiggly but compfortable enough. The staff was friendly. The refrigerator was noisy, but cold. No frills just a room to meet your needs for the night. Had requested a coffee maker then had to ask for it, Also wash cloths. Closet had no hangers. Shower was marked opposite of H and C, could use an upgrade on shower head and handle. I would stay again simply because of the price. Also close to alot of locations on Colorado blvd.

This place should be Condemned it's infested with roaches, no one speaks English. Enough said!
It has now become my life goal to assure this place is shutdown for good.
