The staff is incredibly kind and works very hard to make sure all needs are met in a timely manner. We really enjoy the community and the great location. We hope to call this home for a very long time!

I love the villages at fort town! I have lived here with my two dogs since June and they are amazing! The staff are super helpful and anytime we need any help, they are quick to act.
They are clean and well kept with no critters and have space for my pups to run around!

Best prices by far for apartments in the area; as well as clean and kept apartments and office staff is always their to help. I have now been a resident here for almost 2 years now and have nothing but good to say about here. BIG PLUS is your close to everything.

Aggressive pricing for the area with a short drive and low traffic to reach downtown Chattanooga. A pool is accessible and the single bedroom apartments are really nice. I love the staff here. They're very friendly and enjoy chatting when I come in to pick up my mail.

If your looking for a great place to rent, look no further. The Manager and staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manor and the maintenance staff are knowledgeable in all areas. Rents are very affordable for the area and property is well taken care of!

I moved here last February for my current job. After looking at 10+ apartment communities in the area I had just about given up. Once we met the office staff and saw the community we knew we were home. From the office staff to the maintenance staff everyone has been so helpful. I know almost all of my neighbors and everyone is so friendly. This community is family friendly, pet friendly, clean, and modern. They have a great pool, dog park, and multiple places for kids to play. The Villages at Fort Town definitely feels like home for me and my family!
