Chestnut Flats

Very thin walls , “Paint” cheap … almost like primer . People loitering and littering . You would think how nice the apartments are inside it would be like that outside , instead the hallway is filthy! Needs to be pressure washed. Just sad I cant Wait to move .

I called them asking to schedule a tour and the lady told me that I need to join the waiting list for vaccines by putting in an application so I put in an application and it got cancelled and I emailed the manager and asked her why she said because of my application fee so that was resolved and she informed me that there was a unit available and that I could come in later that day to fill out the paperwork. 30 mins to 2 hours after that they call me and say that I can’t be a full time student and reside there and I explained to them that I was not a student and they denied my application. Then

Don’t move here!!! Your car will be broke into and the office will do nothing about it your car will get towed even if you live there if there’s no more parking. Office workers are very rude and nasty not recommend at all !!! Office will basically tell you they don’t care if you pay rent and doesn’t have a parking space to come home to. Very inconsiderate about people having kids and don’t care if you have to park your car under the bridge and walk into your house late at night!! Something needs to be done about the office workers at this point before news channels get involved

Needs new mamagement they are very untrustworthy and tell lies. My daughter went there and they told her different stories on why she can’t apply. It’s too much w these ppl they don’t know how to run this place professionally.

If I could I would give it zero stars. First thing the lady is rude that answer the phone. My sister was having a hard time with the complex on getting approve. I understand she as a voucher but she works hard and is no trouble they would not give her an apartment. Because it was over her voucher limit why did she go to another complex that was $4 more then this complex .She got approve and they work with her voucher. Everyone that gets an voucher is not bad or nasty.

I contacted this apartment and was put on the waiting list for vacancies and was informed that I will receive a call once an apartment was available. Never received a call, I had to contact them. Before believing in this woman's word, I should've known better once I witnessed her rude interaction with a current resident. The manager is also extremely rude and/or aggressive when she answers the phone. I put in my notice on my current apartment due to her telling me I had been approved for a unit. Moved out of my apartment, put my things in a storage and awaited a move in date. Never received one

Friendly , she was short and very unhelpful
Gave me the impression she didn't want me there
Never met her she never met me

I definitely agree with what Thomas Blalock said. My daughter went through hell and high water trying to get approved for a unit (her first apartment) and these people lied weekly. They gave different accounts of the people that verified income. My daughter was willing to do whatever requested to prove and verify income and all they would say is, “compliance said she is over income” but could never answer how her income was calculated or what was used to verify. I was disappointed in how she was treated and was hopeful that they would act with integrity. As a strong believer; I’m thankful
