First Apartment I lived in, lived there for 6 years, after new management took over it went completely down hill. They do not respond to maintenance, they do not clean the common grounds, and at the very least the apartment I lived in leaked when it rained. The only good thing about it was the rent being cheap but between the bug infestation, and the lack of care to its tenants I would recommend any other apartment complex unless you are just desperate.

I have never encountered a more condescending group of men in management as with property manager Emmanuel and management company owner Christian. Their customer service is 0 (zero). Beware wanting to live at this community. They do not correspond with their residents in terms of giving notices and if you have vistors be caution. This good ole boy club needs sensitivity, customer service and people skills 101.

I have lived at Lomenacque Apartments for just under 3 years and I couldn’t be happier with the current management and how they handle their property. When I moved in the property was under different ownership and nothing seemed to ever get done. It was difficult to get any repairs completed or to reach anyone after the office closed. Once the new management came in you could instantly see a change with the property. Maintenance was timely and always available and the management is kind and always available. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet and family friendly

People leave trash all over the place, never clean up after their dogs, landlord doesn't communicate at all when you bring up problems, claims to have a laundry room but the room has one working washer and dryer for the entire apartment complex, electric and water bills are separate from rent and are obscenely expensive (especially the water), grass and hedges don't get trimmed nearly often enough, do I need to list more? Used to be a great place under the old landlord, but the new one doesnt seem to care nearly as much and doesn't communicate at all through email. I've messaged him multiple times
