I have been asking since August 2020 to have my HVAC fixed bc it was full of black mold! I had to clean as much of it out I could myself bc they came out and open the vent air comes out and only “cleaned” that section. I have asked for doors, light, stove top and hot water heater to be fixed and Laura always says some one will come fix it. Never happens, for a 1 bedroom that I pay $785 a month, stuff should be getting fixed! I have never in my life been in such a run down place to have to call and complain every other day and nothing gets done!! I do not recommend living here at all.

I moved into Lakeshore II a few months ago and have loved every moment of it! The staff was so helpful and kind during the move in process and they continue to be accommodating every time I reach out. The location is peaceful and all the residents have been extremely friendly and welcoming. I love it here!

I lived there from 2014 - 2017. Dated apartments. Things were good under the old management. New management ruined it. They came and in raised rent, saying that all units were going to get an updated kitchen and fixtures, but that never happened. They kept my deposit that I paid when I moved in plus billed me for a new stove, when they previously said all units were getting new kitchen fixtures regardless. I don't recommend renting from them.

Waste of time trying to get an apartment here. First off I called and asked about apartments and they were suppose to call me back but I never heard from them. So I showed up at their office and got an application to put in for a studio that was opening up soon. I came back Three different times to drop it off during their posted hours and they weren’t open. The fourth time I show up they’re open but of course they no longer had any available apartments. I couldn’t imagine living there and never knowing the hours or how to get ahold of management.

The mgr is helpful and makes needed maintenance repairs on a timely basis. However, the place is heavily infested with German cockroaches.
They have sprayed twice, to minimal effect. If you are unwise enough to cook there, the cockroaches will be your uninvited guests for every meal.
After pesticide spraying for two more months, this problem has been resolved. It took a while and some weekly spraying by myself in between scheduled pesticide visits.
