MCE was founded by owner/President Brian Chapman, who has over 25 years of experience in environmental services industry.
Previous to MCE, Brian was the Business Development Manager for a Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation division where he managed various client budgets ranging from $500K - $12M and helped to develop their commercial business base within the Energy, Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Water Resources, Natural Resources, Manufacturing and Manufactured Gas Plants market sectors.
