Watermark was founded in 2001. It began as an Environmental company supporting a Superfund site. In 2009, Watermark acquired Belanger & Foley, Inc., a leading professional Architectural, Planning, and Engineering firm.

Watermark 's environmental projects include environmental due diligence such as American Standard for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); facility inspections; soil and groundwater assessments; air quality monitoring; regulatory compliance; environmental restoration; and complete site remediation from planning through restoration.
Watermark has completed building and facility engineering and construction projects for Federal, Municipal, and Private sector clients throughout the country. Experience includes all aspects of building design and construction. Projects range from simple office space renovation to schools, commissaries, shoothouses, medical facilities, pumping stations, and treatment plants.

Bold this company says on their website that they’re “Attitude” is great. Don’t even try to speak to whatever receptionist they have, she’s absolutely awful and rude. Have no clue how to even speak to anyone about the issues on the job they’re working when the receptionist won’t even let me speak to someone. Pick another company, literally any other company

Awful construction company. They collect a check and then run out on their suppliers. Everyone beware, these guys are downright fradulent. If their job runs over they will take everyone off site to go to the next one, and make "visits" to complete work, when its convenient for them. Go to the next lowest bidder if these guys are low on your next project.
