Excellent customer service. Called the night before for an early ride to the airport. Left a messages and got a call back within minutes. Alfredo showed up early and got me there on time. Very courteous and professional. This is a metered fare in an unmarked white van. Price estimate was spot on. Nothing special about the van, but it was clean and adequate. Would definitely use again.

Interesting. My usual cab company has received a lot of negative reviews lately so I decided to check out Anaheim Orange Yellow Cab as I don't Uber/Lyft. When I clicked through, Google referred me to the website CheaperThanaDUI.net?! I don't drink but I figured with 74 mostly positive reviews, it must be good.
When I called (714) 988-4254, I had difficulty communicating but the person who answered assured me someone would pick me up in 30 minutes. A few minutes later, Jose texted for my address and promptly showed up 20 minutes later in a clean, white passenger van. Jose was great

Wow, I highly recommend Alfredo! Respectful, punctual, friendly, very professional, and his car is immaculate. He's an excellent driver - my wife always feels safe riding to and from her appointments, and we've recommended him to all our colleagues. Very reasonably priced, and so much better than your other run-of-the-mill car services and taxi-cab companies. Alfredo cares about his customers as individuals and is courteous to perfection.
