Dr. Montecillo calls Redmond her home after living all over the world. She was born in Egypt and raised in England where her parents were both studying medicine. Dr. Montecillo moved to Redmond to attend the University of Washington, where she attained her BS in Psychology. In 1998 she went on to Pacific University and earned her Doctorate in Optometry.
Dr. Gouin was born and raised in Port Angeles, Washington. He completed his undergraduate education at Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University and completed the 3 part examination process through the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.

I’m a new patient who recently saw Dr. Kikuchi for an eye exam and glasses + contacts prescriptions. Everyone I encountered from the lady who checked me in, the assistant who did my pre-tests, the woman who helped me with glasses after my exam, and Dr. Kikuchi himself were all extremely professional, kind, and patient. Dr. Kikuchi answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of helpful advice for optimal eye health. I felt that my concerns were taken seriously and I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. Just had an appointment with Dr Kikuchi for a dry eye treatment. He explained the causes and carefully determined the status of my eyes, the protocol for treatment and a daily regimen to sustain the benefits of the treatment performed today.
He also gave me answers to other issues resulting from a previous cataract removal. I have utmost confidence in him and was so blessed by the courtesy and patience of each of his staff I met. My eyes feel much better now and should continue like this with the prescribed regimen.
