Galveston boasts beautiful weather almost year-round, making it a premier place to take you family no matter what time of year it is. Galveston's coldest month is January, when the average temperature overnight is 49.7°F. In August, the warmest month, the average day time temperature rises to 89.3°F.
Prior to checking out, please follow the check list below to ensure that the next guest will be able to check in on time: We will charge at a rate of $15.00 dollars per 15 minutes. If your home requires extra cleaning because you left it in poor condition, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
If you do not cancel your reservation 30 days in advance, there is no refund. If you cancel more than 30 days in advance, there is a refund minus the service fee from our "rental host". The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
