Use the email address you provided during the leasing process and the address of the rental property.
Every Real Property Management home owner client who signs a management agreement with us receives an online account. If we do not secure a suitable tenant within 21 days from the start of marketing, we will waive your first month's management fee. If a tenant we place in your rental does not abide by the initial lease terms, we will secure the next at no cost to you. If an owner or tenant calls, texts or emails us, we will respond within 24 hours, or waive that month's management fee.

My wife and I recently had to move due to a new job opportunity out of state. We have a few rental properties and were looking for a new management company. We’ve dealt with other property management groups in the past that just weren’t up to our standards. We contacted RPMP and they had my properties rented out in less than a month. The level of professionalism and quality we receive from RPMP is something you don’t see all the time in businesses today. I can sleep sound at night knowing my properties are in good hands.

Finished my lease full term. Never missed a payment or was payment late. Moved out and received 1/3 my deposit. Blamed for repair to walls that had water damage. The house was remodeled before I moved in. The damage was do to poor craftsmanship during remodeling (not my fault). When trying to settle they declined my calls and never called me back. Lori decided to text me instead of talking on the phone like an adult. Also there maintenance guys are terrible and will leave you hanging without notification. Never fixed the damage from the freeze while I lived there. Do not rent from them or make

Lori made my move smooth and hassle free. She was very professional and helpful. Was able to do the bulk of it online. A few minor move in repairs were needed and they were quick to respond. The maintenance team was there within 2 hours to help resolve some of the issues.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to say, that I leased a home from Real Property Management, and I worked with a wonderful lady name Lori, I thought she was very helpful on finding exactly what I was wanting and in the location that I wanted in the area. I like this company because they are great priced considering that to apartments now and these days. I was leasing an 2 bedroom apartment for $2200 a month and found my self paying $700 less for more living area and a yard. My 100% recommendation is to call or go in and speak to Lori, and I bet you’ll be happier with a home from this company then any

We have worked as a vendor with apartment homes, realtors and developers in the past but this company has been the best we have ever dealt with. Lori is very quick to respond and resolve any issues. We get paid within the week which makes a huge difference. The properties are in good condition and they don't have unrealistic expectations like most other property managers have. As a service company, we love working with them.
