I've been at Riverview One since September 2021 and I love it! I moved in right when the current property manager started so I believe any previous negative reviews are likely due to older management, but the current management team is amazing!! They are so friendly, responsive, and they ensure the property is always safe and well maintained. I appreciate how quick they are if you ever need a maintenance request, and how easy it is to get packages with the Amazon hub on site. They're also now adding engaging events for residents like free salsa classes on Thursdays, so overall I have

My fiance and I recently moved to the Riverview One Apartments. We are extremely happy with our corner unit. The light that comes in via the floor-to-ceiling windows is just gorgeous!

I have been living here for a year now and there has been no other Property Team that has exceeded my expectations and delivered it with careful attention and promptness. Elizabeth and Andrea are a delight to work with and always resolve any issues that may arise. The boutique feel of Luxury Downtown Living is definitely the vibe in Miami.

Absolutely love this building! It’s always clean, smells great, and the lobby is gorgeous, especially now with the Christmas deco! Moved in last month and I still cannot believe how fast and simple the application and move-in process was. I have to give a huge thanks to the property manager, Elizabeth. She was exceedingly helpful and did the all of the heavy lifting, including switching applications back and forth when I couldn’t decide if to go one bedroom or two. Elizabeth (current property manager) quickly sorted the package situation, and gave accessto the security personnel to the package room. Now tenants can access their packages at all times.
I am still waiting from accounting to sort out the security deposit from my prior unit.

I am here, once again, trying to communicate with management. Attached is a picture of me trying to call the management office for two days straight after emailing them to attempt solving two problems.
First, I moved from another unit in the same building and was told to pay again for the

I recently moved into Riverview One and have had a seamless experience. When I initially called to inquire about the application process, everyone I spoke to over the phone answered all of my questions and walked me through the application process. I was able to be approved within around five days with no major hangups. The building is clean and quiet. Since moving in just over a week ago, I had one minor maintenance request, and Raul came by promptly and fixed my issue. The manager, Jenea, is a sweetheart; she has called to check up on me during my move-in and asked if they could provide anything

I love this apartment! Jenea is very kind, caring, professional & such a helpful person that has really taken great care of me and has made the move in process for me as smooth as possible. All the residents I’ve encountered have been really nice people also. The place smells amazing and the staff does a great job with keeping everything clean. Front desk is very responsive & the maintenance team is great! Riverview One is a great place to reside!

I applied here for months ago and still have not received my deposit back yet!! I sent multiple emails and they respond weeks later!
Till this day I have not received any communication or at my deposit back this is the worst management EVER! I do not recommend living here for anyone. Michelle is the worst property manager I've ever seen in my life. Do not... I repeat do not bring your family or friends near this place!
Before you say anything have a lawyer look at it I do not trust this place at all!

I have to start by mentioning a few people that make Riverview one special. Stephanie, Bennie and Raul, they go above and beyond to make you happy. Also I must mention The team at Landing who have satisfied my every wish. Riverview One is a fairly new small apartment community 5 minute taxi ride from Bricknell and 5 minutes from little Havana. It is a new upcoming area with many new high rises being build. The apartment is fully furnished and complete with everything you need to make it a home. Everything is clean and they seem to keep residents respectful of each other in these trying times. From

I've lived here for almost 2 years and they have gone down hill ever since the original property manager left. I switched units at the end of my first lease and have had nothing but issues in the new unit. There is mold in several of the units here including mine. I've spoken to other residents and I know of at least 2 other units that had mold as well. In April I alerted the property manager about it and they wiped the ceiling down with bleach and out a dehumidifier in the closet. They then told me I had mold in my closet because "I don't keep the unit cool enough." They

If you would like a place to call home and live in peace...do not rent here. I barely have time to write negative reviews online but i felt the need to this time as i feel i am being taking advantage of at this point.
1. The day i signed my lease, i noticed there was a hidden fee of $100/month. When i asked the property manager, she explained dues were for required wifi and basic cable (22 channels), no option to opt out. Mind you, i do not care for TV and i was not planing on adding a cable service to my monthly dues. I was forced to sign the contract as i had the moving company ready to unload
