This is the second awesome experience I’ve had here! I walked in today to have my sons chain fixed that I bought only a few months ago from BrownLee Jewelers. When I first called BrownLee I was told “it’s not under warranty it’s going to cost about $20+ to fix and they’d need to ship it elsewhere to fix”! So I went into Sessoms & Sons today and it… was fixed ASAP and they wouldn’t take any money. I wanted to pay him for his time and he said it only took a few minutes! This is the difference between a “chain store” and your neighborhood

I wanted to get a custom pendant made to give to our daughter before her wedding using some stones that were important to us. The final piece turned out perfectly. I was absolutely thrilled!! I had never done anything like this before, so I had no idea as to what to expect. They were so helpful and patient, and the piece was ready before the date it was promised. My wife's watch clasp broke and they fixed it in under two minutes. I asked how much I owed and they said not to worry about it. I also had them fix my wife ring a couple months ago and they did great work at a great price. Highly recommend.

This was our first time going here, and and as recommended by a friend. All of the prongs holding my ring together needed to be fixed and I was very anxious about leaving it. I picked it up today and I was… absolutely in love. We will be bringing any jewelry we have here in the future. I am so thankful they were able to restore my great grandmothers ring so I can carry her with me wherever I go.

I have taken several rings here to be resized . I have always been pleased with the prices and short amount it took to get them resized. I look forward to actually purchasing something there in the future.

I really like this place.. I collected watches.. And have 1 Apple Watch strap to shorten and 5 other Micheal Kors watches that need the strap to lengthen by one knot and/or batteries replace. A fairly young guy there took in my watches and took care of them right away.. 29 mins later.. it's all done and only costed me $60. Niceeeeeeeee!
