By far the best treatment experience I have had. I have been to 5 other treatment centers and Promises Behavioral Health is superior to everyone in every way imaginable. High standard of care, Highly qualified-and compassionate/knowledgeable staff-great food, great interactive groups supplemented by far more individual sessions then all previous treatment centers combined. They use the most up to date science coupled with community approach to treating substance abuse. I cannot say or sing enough praises about Promises Behavioral Health. If you're in need of help, they'll get you where you want

Promises Behavioral Health has well and truly changed my entire life around and I have finally got my life back, thanks to all the staff here. They are all brilliant and well trained and it makes it better that they have all been though the same thing so they actually understand. I will never ever forget this place and the people there because this is where I got my life back and actually become happy again. I have a lot of time for everyone there. If anyone is thinking about getting there life back on track and getting well again then I strongly recommend going here I was a completely broken person

We have only wonderful things to say about this amazing place. It gave our daughter her life back, to reach her potential, and be the person we always knew she was. Without this intervention we know we would not have our daughter with us today. They are truly professional and enable through a rigorous programmer people achieve the sometimes impossible, but they make it happen, they are different, thorough and don't like many other types of recovery places offer just medication they have constructive programmers that are followed every day. I had initially contacted The Ranch after hearing about the services they offer being next to none after falling short calling one facility after another feeling like I was speaking with salesman trying to purchase a used vehicle. I got in touch with Russell and Thomas and they heard me out. They were kind compassionate and come to find out they had a story of their own and had a real understanding of not only what I was looking for but what I was going through at the time.
