Our team of professionals has been providing comprehensive rehabilitation and personal skilled care 24-hours a day for over 50 years. We coordinate with many HMO's and hospitals to assist in your recovery in a timely manner and work with experienced physicians to help you smoothly transition into your next phase in recovery. A monthly calendar is posted to keep residents informed of upcoming events such as birthday parties, movies, musical programs, outings, candlelight dinners, ice cream socials, and other special events. Please join us, we always welcome friends and family to visit and attend our special events. Should you wish to have your laundry washed by us, please notify the front office upon admission.

I had a Horrible experience in this facility. It has taken me 6 months to finally post about this place. Not only was it filthy and most of the staff never came to help. I was freezing cold the entire time. I never was seen by a Dr. I was given medicine that I was allergic to. I witnessed the patient next to me die. She was never given proper care. Once the staff learned her family was on the way they tried to clean her soiled diaper. She was not changed in over a day. I feared for my safety in this facility. I could go on and on about the mistreatment I received here. This place should be shut

The nurses in this facility are the most unprofessional and heartless individuals i’ve ever encountered. My grandmother was a patient in this facility and on multiple occasions my grandma would have to yell and bang on the walls for up to half an hour to get the help and care she needed. You have no idea how heartbreaking it is to be on the phone with my grandma listening to her in pain and practically begging for help just to be ignored, mind you the nurses desk/station is right outside her door. I am thoroughly disgusted with the conditions my mom had to endure there. Very rundown and unclean. The staff would not respond in a timely manner, not even for water. My mom, who was admitted for COVID waited four hours in a wet diaper to get changed. My mother was not incontinent yet the nurses would insist on her having a bowel movement in a diaper. When I called and wanted to know what meds my mom was on, a nurse told me she didn’t have to time to tell me. Also, a doctor never examined my mom. This place should be shut down.

My grandfather was transferred here for therapy services after suffering a fall and he almost died here due to their neglect. Their staff are terrible at responding to messages and emails, and when they responded, they lied about my grandfather’s condition. The physician not once called me to give me an update. Their director of nursing is oblivious to what is going on here. My grandfather lost 20 lbs in the two weeks he was here due to their neglect. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE . My dad went here . Alert 90 yr old only went in for LEG rehab . Came out dehydrated w uti and stomach infection in 3 days with sepsis . We kept calling to talk to him . Always got excuses . We took his phone . It was always on mute . Until l went by his window and he was crying telling me to get him out . I called 911 . The social worker STOLE my gift i had for my family members assumed i was going to use it . She was very rude . She was fired once befor for what i dont know but they rehired her hope this doesn't happen to your family member this was not even call for because when my family member was here to pick it up i couldn't give it to her because it was locked away. I was hesitant on sending my family member here due to the previous reviews but we had no choice due to lack of availability. I was actually pleasantly surprised! Apparently they are under new management and turned staffing around and I can honestly say I was pleased with the service we received. The administrator answered all our questions and said she would personally make sure my loved one was being cared for when we couldn't be there

This place killed my father! In less than 24 hours of him being there he was transferred via paramedics to an area hospital in critical condition. He passed away shortly thereafter! The staff is horrible and did nothing for my father until they noticed family members had arrived!

I had to stay at the facility for 13 days for treatment. During the time that I was at the facility, I saw roaches in the food cart and a huge roach in my room. I wasn’t the only person at the facility that saw the roaches, but also my roommates family.
