Person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and said he would have a truck out to me within 30-40 minutes. Corey arrived before that and had my car hooked up in no time. Was very friendly and sociable on the ride. Payment was quick and easy and affordable as I would have spent almost as much renting a tow Dolly alone with gas in my friends pickup truck.

Adam came through when my son locked his keys in his truck. When my insurance company's roadside assistance didn't work out, my son called Adam after midnight. Adam got there promptly and within the time he said he would. His work was quick and fairly priced. I made sure to get his business card because he'll be the first call next time!

Adam is legitimately a lifesaver - after nearly 4 hours of trying to get a tow in the early morning, he was willing to drive nearly a two hour roundtrip to come get my car and bring it home. He was amazing and I could not have asked for a better experience after one of the worst nights I've had as a driver. I would, and will, strongly recommend him to everyone I know.

Five Star has helped me twice.
I got stuck in the mud in work van and the tow truck winch has pulled the van out of the mud. The second time I was stuck, my SUV has ran out of gas because the fuel gauge isn't working. I got gas, but the battery went dead because of the hazard lights. The same driver who helped me the first time came to jump start my SUV and I was back on the road.

My son had his first breakdown in traffic, and we managed to get his car quickly to a gas station across the street. He's ruined for life, however, in terms of towing expectations - Five Star Towing showed up in LESS THAN 10 minutes to get us!! Our driver was awesome, suggested a junkyard for us to have it taken to later down the line per our request (car was dying a terrible slow death anyway), and I will definitely be calling them to schedule another tow for this poor car.

Adam is literally my knight in shining armor!!! He not only saved me once, but TWICE on my mini weekend vacation. This man is the sweetest, generous, most hardworking professional man with a heart of gold you will ever meet. He went ABOVE & BEYOND his responsibilities to tow my car after not one but 2 tire blowouts on my trip (I was sold faulty tires days before my trip). He waited by my side to make sure I was safe and went out of his way to make sure I had a ride and a place to get new tires on my car on both days! And for a female at night on a Friday in another state, and then again on Sunday
