Estate Crush
Founded in Spring 2009, Estate Crush is downtown Lodi's first dedicated custom crush facility for premium wine production. Estate Crush allows wine brand owners to get your toe in the water without the capital expense of buying equipment or building a bricks and mortar production facility. You can easily test and build your brand and focus on marketing, leaving the winemaking to us.

Estate Crush's state-of-the-art custom crush facility is specially designed for small to medium lots and has the ability to create the finest, handcrafted luxury wines. The Estate Crush facility offers 6,000 square feet of temperature-controlled, humidified barrel storage and more than 16,000 square feet of total winery, with the entire crush pad contained in a sanitary, indoor environment.
Services
The Crush to Bottle program provides all custom winemaking services from receiving grapes to providing finished wine in the bottle. Produce your own high-end wine without the investment of building and staffing your own winemaking facility. Throughout the process, you have the opportunity to interact with our team as we follow your custom winemaking plan.
You can create your very own custom barrel of wine with a personalized label. Clients consult with Estate Crush to select the varietal, Estate Crush handles the production, and clients receive a handcrafted, boutique wine complete with a label that you help create. One barrel yields 24 cases and production time varies based on varietal.

Nice selection of wines to choose from. Not only Estate Crush wines, but some others who have their wines made at that facility. Worth checking out if you're in downtown Lodi or tired of driving a lot of miles on country roads.

This little gem ended up being okay. We came in, weren't warm received but ended our tasting experience on a positive note. The wine barista helping us ended up opening up and the conversation was endless. While sitting there we began speaking with a couple and learned that their wine was sold within this location. To even further our surprise we learned that Estates Crush makes wine at their facility also.

A majority of the wines sold, here, are prize winners from the San Francisco Wine Competition. In the end we did not purchase wine from this winery but may come back the next time that

Choose your own flight menu. I think there were about 14 selections and you could choose 5. I really liked the decor of the spot, would come back again since the wines will be changing.

Been here a couple times. Terrible customer service. Mediocre wine. Lots of wines to choose from, which is why I decided to try them out, but the only description you'll get of the wine is the writing on the menu. The one worker that's always there won't help you (this includes being there on a Saturday). Would never recommend this place. Lodi has always had great service in my opinion, but this place has been ridiculous on multiple occasions.

Visited here a few times and always had an amazing time with Bob and Ali.

Bob has an incredible wealth of knowledge of wine and is a grand host.

His wine making tour last month was fantastic. Very much enjoyed the barrel tastings and see how each step of the wine creation process.

We were lucky and got to see a bin being poured during into a vat as well.

Such a wide selection of wines as well, looking forward to the next visit to Estate Crush!

Lovely place inside - feels clean and refreshing. Staff was very helpful the first time and not as attentive the second time. But they still gave me the taste and even let us in the side to sample wine straight from the barrel.

Don't really think much for the area outside - especially the lousy Mazatlan restaurant a few blocks down.

Wine was just alright and worst customer service we've had in Lodi, don't come if you want more info on the wine besides what is on their tasting sheet. Be ready to wait a long time between pours. Multiple times we had empty glasses and made direct eye contact they just walked by. 3 associates and plenty of open seats so they weren't busy. I feel like they didn't even care if we were there. Cannot recommend!

This is a very unique winery. A family run business that specializes in making wines for a wide variety of customers, from the tiny individual grape grower who may only want to have several dozen bottles of wine made with his/her own personalized label, up to the boutique winery level with tons of grapes for processing.

They also offer tours and tastings, which include barrel tastings, for a fraction of the price similar tours in Napa charge. They have a wide variety of very reasonably priced wines available for sale. My personal favorite is their Stellina "Chiara" 2010. It is a luscious

We were wine tasting in Lodi with friends for my birthday. This was our last and Best stop of the day. I give Estate Crush my highest recommendation. We had so much fun sampling wines from the areas small boutique wineries. We arrived at 5 pm and they closed at 6 pm. We left at 6:45 pm. We never felt rushed to leave! They allowed us to take our time and enjoy their great tasting room. The wine server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. They even offered to take a group photo of our party. I left with some excellent Amador County Zin! Estate Crush will now be a mandatory

I've never been wine tasting and liked every wine I tasted!!! IMPRESSIVE!!
I was a bit skeptical when I saw this place from the outside but it truly is a Diamond in the Rough!
It's a breath of fresh air when you walk into the door! We were greeted for our tour by the actual owners...AWSOME! The tour was very interesting and educational. We tasted wine right from the barrel! I've never done that before. We finished the tour at an elegantly decorated table for wine with cheese pairing...DELICIOUS! The owners accompanied us, we got to chat and get to know them. Very personable

Estate Crush is a custom crush winery helping over 60 wineries make quality wine. A stop in their tasting room will surprise you. The wall behind the serving counter displays the many wines they are associated with and you will quickly see that many of the wines including their own labels have won awards at the S.F. Chronicle annual wine competition. Their tasting room is open Friday - Sunday 12:00 to 5 PM. Each month they feature different wines for tasting on their menu. And, don't forget to take a 2nd Saturday wine tour and tasting. At the end of the tour three wines are paired with

Stopped here on our way outta town - didn't have a lot of time to go to wineries - wasn't expecting too much. It was fabulous. My wife and I only tasted 3 wines...extremely generous pours...that should have been capitalized. And we bought a bottle of each. go here!

Did you know that wine barrels have a bung that fits in a bunghole?? Me neither! and the whole thing brought out my inner 9yo in fits of giggles!

Fantastic wine! Fantastic hostess behind the bar. And a fantastic mini educational tour of the wine making process including BUNGHOLES!

I will be back!
