We are the original tenant of our unit. We are here since 2007.
The unit is bright, roomy and guiet.
Management is great and caring. Enrique fixes anything and everything and is there when he is needed in a jiffy.
Having a unit with an attached garage is wonderful especially when it snows. The walks and lanes are shoveled and plowed even
before it stops snowing.

Enclave is the BEST place we have ever lived. We moved here in March, right when things were so uncertain with Corona. Valerie was (and is) amazing to work with. I truly feel like Enclave values their tenants as first priority. Not to mention the units are beautiful as well as the surrounding areas. Over all I give this place a 15/10. If you're looking for a safe community that cares about people, this is the place.

From our first tour with the previous owner to our follow up tour with the new owners we’ve been extremely happy.
Valerie and Nicolette are attentive, courteous and professional.
Enrique the maintenance guy is awesome! When we have any issues he handles them immediately.
Best part of the whole Enclave experience is location. Close to several restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance.
Another huge plus is the 1 foot of concrete between each apartment. Only time you hear your neighbors is when/if they run up/down the stairs.
I would definitely suggest that this be your first

Highly recommend. The townhouses are beautiful, extremely clean and quiet. You feel right at home when you move in. Perfect location and the staff is wonderful. The owners are very nice. Jude, the property manager, is so helpful and a gem. Enrique is the maintenance person for the entire property. He goes above and beyond to help you right away and is extremely talented. He keeps all of the units beautifully maintained and works very hard!
