Circle Logistics was co-founded in 2011 as an asset carrier by industry experts Eric Fortmeyer and Chad Buchanan. Within two years, our founders expanded their freight brokerage operation by opening their first branch office in Chicago. Since then we have rapidly expanded to 8 other locations across the United States, boasting well over 100% year-over-year growth.

If we could rate a zero we would most definitely would. Driver arrived at 930am appt only to be told product was not ready after 8 to 9 hours of wait time he finally got loaded. We asked for detention pay and because in and out times got written on envelope with signature from shipper and not on BOL they denied detention. There were 4 or 5 brokers emailing us and aware that product was not ready. Joke of a company, all this for 200 dollars.

If i could i would leave -3 stars i would - booked a load yesterday with Saeed Horeish - he knew since the moment we booked the load that my driver is not going to make the cut off and he said would be fine to pick up 8 am - we arrived at 8 am - we didn`t know we need permits in hand before arriving at the facility - we had to call yesterday bunch of times just for pick up and delivery address - we didn`t had the pick up number - so pretty much no info besides the rate and cities - after taking care of the permits and he calls us saying that the load is 180 " wide just so we will cancel on him

Done a couple loads with these guys recently.
It seems to be a common theme with previous comments, but they will have you at an appointment hours before it is actually scheduled.
I’ve run for every broker out there and circle seems to be one of the few brokers who practice this. Makes the carrier look bad when we have loads planned after circle logistics, that cannot be picked up due to deceptive appointment times.

Had a driver pick up on a Monday and was suppose to deliver on a Wednesday. Driver got to the drop off and the receiver said his appointment was made for Monday. This sent everyone in a tizzy and trying to figure out the best option. After careful review of the whole situation Circle made it right and paid my driver for his time. It was a very unfortunate situation on both ends. Both sides lost. But they made great effort to make it right. Super impressed with them! You can haul for a company for years and you do not know the true sides of their customer service until something goes wrong. That
