The service was excellent, the property was beautiful, and the staff was amazing (especially David)! My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary locally due to Covid. We stayed at the Spa and we were not disappointed. I can't wait to return!

Our stay was great! Everyone was nice at the resort. I must say the Paddy’s Pub staff Brent, Lucy, Courtney, and Caleb could teach a hospitality class. They went above and way beyond to make sure my wife and I were able to have a great meal and take home the wines we wanted.

Worst hospitality ever. 20 years in the hospitality industry and absolutely shocked and disappointed in the complete lack of hospitality at this resort. The inn looks amazing…the spa looks amazing…the winery looks amazing…. This is a classic example of looks are deceiving. The owners need to seriously consider their investment and what they’re trying to deliver or offer. The employees are split on either offering service or following the company’s policies. Those who are following the “policies” are militant at best in enforcing the “policies” and those who what to offer hospitality

This place is absolutely fabulous. Who knew there was a French château in the middle of Georgia? I just love the ambience. The people were uber friendly. We were actually there for our son's wedding and parlayed it into the Château's annual wine festival. So as a wine lover, I was winning.

The resort has numerous restaurants a beautiful golf course and the Vineyard; so there's lots of things to do, not to mention a full spa. This is a great vacation get away for the wine enthusiast as well as the golf lover.

Beautiful property. We only stayed one night for my wife's birthday, but we thoroughly enjoyed everything inch of this resort. The breakfast the next morning was delightful as the servers, host, and staff matched the same exemplary qualities. The holidays decorations were stellar. You see a lot of French influence in the decorations, paintings, restaurant names, etc... the vineyard on site prepares in-house wine. We will definitely back to enjoy all thus resort has to offer.

I was here for a work function. Obviously, my experience here will be vastly different to someone coming for a visit, weekend, or just casual dinner.

The check in process and room was nice. I was in a corner room on the 5th floor, the view wasn't much since it faced the front area.

We had daily meals here, the food provided was excellent. Each day was a different salad, multiple sides and proteins, and a soup along with a few desserts each meal. Nobody was going hungry at this meeting.

The event space was just set up really well. The A/V and proximity for us to have breaks where we could

Got a corner room on the 4th floor with a decent view overlooking the front entrance. Noticed everything in the room was old including the carpet. A generator or something else was constantly running loud all day, pretty loud white noise machine.
I think they might need a new elevator, was slow, old and loud.
Went to the lobby to buy some water, but the gift shop closed already at 4 pm on a Wednesday... only options were vending machines, their bars r restaurants or Publix across the street.
Catered food was average, nothing special that WOW'd me - breakfast, lunch, and snack.

This place is amazing! My wife and I stayed at the spa resort. The breakfast was great, the rooms are nice, and clean. We both got a couples full body massage, and it was amazing. The food at the two restaurants are great as well. I would give this place five stars with my one small complaint is that the bed could've been softer. Outside of that I would recommend this place to any couple looking to just slow down and relax.

We all know there is a premium for aesthetic, IG-worthy businesses. Is this premium always worth it? Usually no.

While I was impressed with the drive up through the green-lined entrance of Chateau Elan and its sleek lobby, I was less than thrilled with our one night stay here. From the check-in process to the cost of one night, nothing seemed efficient, neither to our time nor our pockets. If I had to TLDR it here, the $600/night price tag was not worth the experience.

The on-site winery was a great kickoff to our stay, the main attraction if you will. With decently priced wines and plenty of

Had a lovely time in Chateau Elan! It's the middle of October but still gorgeous weather so we got a chance to sit outside and leisurely sip away. We went for the wine tasting and it includes 7 glasses of wine with a generous pour. I was in a seasonal themed mood, so I went for the Summer wine, Spring blossom and Autumn blush wine. I also tried the berry bliss and a rich, bold Cabernet and some others--all were flavorful and aromatic. Excellent service and we had a great time!

If there is a wine you love, you can purchase it at the tasting room gift shop. They also offer gourmet snacks and

I've been to Chateau Elan twice this year, and both times I stayed the night for a girls weekend. I really wanted to love CE. The best way I can review CE is to break it down into pros vs. cons.

PROS:
- The entire resort is beautiful. The winery view is breathtaking. The grounds are clean and well kept.
- The wine is good and reasonably priced.
- There's 8 different dining options, including a poolside bar serving drinks, sandwiches, salads, snacks, etc.
- Plenty of free parking.
- The beds are comfortable.
- The hotel bathrooms are big and spacious.
- There's a shuttle that goes

We've been in Georgia for 10 months now, and I've never been here. I'm not a big drinker, so it didn't seem like a place for me to spend time and money. My wife said it's beautiful, so we took our Son and his girl. My wife was right; it is beautiful. Grounds and building are well cared for and interesting. We each had one glass of wine and ordered a charcuterie board to share. Bill was over $80. I thought that was a little excessive, and part of the reason for 4, as opposed to 5 stars. I also felt that the only true attraction was the wine. After that, it's just a

We celebrated our ten-year wedding anniversary at Chateau Elan, and had an amazing time! We ate at several different restaurants on-site, each one better than the last. My spa experience was perfect & relaxing. The winery tasting & tour was fun and delicious (I never knew Georgia could make such good wine), we are from Virginia. We even took a cooking class our first night there, which was the perfect way to kick off our experience. The whole property is stunning, we cannot wait to come back.

Ok so I just stopped by with the wife on our way up to Clemson. This is the first time we were driving by early enough to visit and it was on our list. The grounds are very pretty to look and very "chateau-esque" if that can be an acceptable word for my review (just go with it and don't be judgy). We order lunch at the higher end restaurant and it is pricy for what you get. Don't get me wrong, the food was great but didn't justify the price. I had a brisket sandwich with chips $28, wife had the cup of lobster bisque $12 and a Caesar salad $14. She loved the bisque. They

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful resort over the Labor Day weekend.
If you haven't visited this resort recently, it has been renovated and looks absolutely beautiful!
The ambiance of the Inn is romantic and tastefully decorated. Our guest room had an upscale residential vibe (see photos). Our room and the entire resort was very clean and everything looked and felt brand new.
Enjoyed the wine tasting at the winery, dinner at Louis' House of Bourbon and breakfast at Versailles Restaurant & Bar. Food and service at all were excellent!
Great experience!

I really enjoyed myself here :-)
I took a Uber so i'm not sure how parking is.
you get 7, 1 Oz wine tastings of your choice !
i know it doesn't sound like much but by the time you finish all 7 glasses, it's More than enough !!
I would buy my 7 tastings online because it's $30, oppose to $50 buying in store.
The landscaping is beautiful, nice seating areas outside and inside. beautiful places to take nice pictures as well.
I had a great time here. It's a MUST GO TO !!
customer service exceeded my expectations. All the employees greeted us with a smile and warm welcomes

While visiting friends, they took us to Chateau Elan for lunch. During that Saturday, you only had two choices- high brow or pub food.

We choose pub food but the place was packed and we found a table to squeeze into. It took a minute to find a server but he was friendly enough when he did arrive.

It was late afternoon so I only wanted something to coat my stomach until dinner later. Up on catching a passing plate of bountiful 2-piece fish and chips, I suggested to my honey that we split it. When our food arrived though, it only had one piece. It was disappointing. Luckily it became a

I came for a night with a few friends to get away from the city, and check out the winery. The winery was beautiful and the wine was very well priced. We bought a couple bottles and enjoyed the views of the winery while we waited to check into our room.

We we unable to get into our room until 5pm, over an hour after we were told we could. The service less than stellar. We were left waiting in the lobby and one of my friend eventually went to ask again and we were met with complimentary champagne, which is nice, but we were ready to get to our rooms and get to the pool with enough time before our
