Awesome experience! I went in with a really bad lower back pain and nerve pain in my right leg due to a lifting accident. Dr. Klein worked wonders and within 8 weeks all pain gone and nerve pain almost gone entirely. In addition, his support staff especially Jenny and Janet are amazing, warm and welcoming. Such a great team! I recommend them all highly.

Love love love!!! The staff here are great and go above and beyond!!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Klein always gets my back into alignment after sitting 12 hours a day at a computer. Dr. Oh is amazing in physical therapy. He got my frozen shoulder moving again so I could get back to yoga. If you are in pain, you needn't be... go see these doctors!!!!

I've been experiencing neck and back pains for the past 2 years and finally decided to get it checked out. First and foremost, I was very impressed with the service, the receptionist and assistant were great and made myself and my wife very comfortable. Dr Jeffrey Klein pointed out a lot of my concerns and did an xray and it showed what my problems were. it's a process to improve your health and I do believe I'm in good hands! When I came to Alexandria, I was in a lot of pain and could hardly move my arm after another PT pushed a stretch too far, leaving me in a lot of pain, with spams of excruciating pain if I moved my arm too far or too suddenly. After one appointment with Alexandria my pain was reduced to mild, and the spams from hell stopped. Her massages are amazing, and she tests your range of motion as she’s working the affected area.
Her bedside manner is also great. She’s very gentle and kind, encouraging progress she sees.

I can't say enough good about BCW. I have been a patient for over 12 years. (Funny story, on my 1st visit Dr. Shave diagnosed my pregnancy before I even knew, lol! He refused to X-ray me until I took a test, and sure enough...) I have seen all 3 doctors, and after a while I found that Dr. Klein is the one for me, but honestly you can't go wrong. They are each wonderful, caring, skilled and pleasant, as is all the office staff. I have been going to Broadway Chiropractic and Wellness for a few years. A regular adjustment or medical message has helped me manage my scoliosis and my leg swelling from sitting at a desk all day. The office treats ever patient as family not just a number. They truly care for all their patients. Dr. Klein is great but I have also seen the other doctors (Dr. Patel and Dr. Mark) all well qualified and caring. They listen to you and really try to help you. I would recommend then to anyone dealing with back, shoulder or any other pain.

This place is not just a "wellness" center - this place is a GEM. A real magical place. They are so affordable and accommodating if you have insurance (I'm not sure what happens if you don't, and I'm afraid to ever find out because I will be a lifer). I have c-curve scoliosis of my upper spine and contrary to popular belief, it causes me a lot of pain. I am a very active person, I love everything from yoga to HIIT, and my scoliosis hinders me at times due to pain and my body making habit of incorrect alignment during workouts or poses. I saw a combination of chiropractic, Kinesiologist, physical therapy, and massage therapy for a headache that would not go away. I started seeing DR. Jeffrey Klein 3 months ago. I am so happy with the results. I suffered too long and wish I had called them sooner. I had pain for over a year and just in a few months I am almost pain free. I am still going and I know soon I will be 100% pain free.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I go there mainly for a general tune-up and massage. It's too bad there were so many bad review.
All the Doctors I have seen are good as well as the massage therapists.
It's a "no frills" kind of place. The massage rooms are like broom closets. It's not a spa.
As far as getting copies of your x-rays.....that's really frustrating. You have to use your camera and take a picture of the image on the computer screen.
In all fairness, my podiatrist has the same issuers

I've been going to this office for over 2 years. Dr. Shave and Dr. Klein are the only chiropractors I have ever been to who have been able to move my atlas (top of spinal cord) and stop/prevent me from getting migraines. At first I was going 2-3 times a week for care (back, neck, etc) and it seemed like a lot when I thought about it, but after speaking to people who go to others doctors I found that it was normal.
At this point I go once a week and always feel better after leaving. Dr. O, the physical therapist, has helped a lot as well. They offer medical massages and I highly recommend

Really should of read these reviews before purchasing my LS voucher. I was not impressed by last Thursday's session. Saving grace, it was cheap but it definitely showed. I was able to schedule easy on their online booking system, lots of openings available around end of the year.
Coming in, I was greeted by the front desk who took my voucher and directed me to sit and wait. My therapist Andrea came out within 10 minutes and I was seated around 6:10 for a 6pm appointment. Although the voucher was for an hour, she finished by 5 to 7pm, telling me it was over because she had another client.
