I’ve called two days straight to see about my glasses the check out receptionist is always horrible everyone else is fine but they definitely be need to replace her it would be a lot more pleasant experience REPLACE HER NOW SHES RUDE GAVE ME A WHOLE OTHER PERSONS GLASSES FOR MY DAUGHTER CALLED ME TOLD ME THEY WERE READY NOT ONLY WERE THEY NOT HERS I HAD TO GO BACK TAKE THEM BACK TO BE TOLD IT WILL BE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS RETIRE HER LET HER BE RUDE AT HOME

My whole entire experience was a 15/10. I was greeted immediately with smiles and they made sure everyone was wearing masks and they took my temperature. I waited for maybe 5 minutes and I saw Dr Saunderman who is the kindest dr I have ever had. He was very understanding and informative. I was helped out by David when choosing a new pair of glasses and he was absolutely wonderful. I the exact pair of glasses I was looking for. The whole staff was on point. The office was extremely clean and sanitized. I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve never had a bad experience. They sent out reminders for

Unfortunately after going here since the mid 80’s, the practice had gone downhill to the point where I am joining a new practice. While the doctors themselves are amazing and know everything about my condition, one can only tolerate the office staff so many times. They are argumentative and rude and have completely forgotten that they are in a field of care. I wish the best for Drs Schuck and Georgilis.

Doctors seem fine. The eye glass place screwed up, and tried to charge me for some "ultimate" coating I never asked for when I showed up to get my glasses. Unfortunately I was never told I had a balance until I showed up and they sprung it on me. Then, instead of acknowledging their mistake, they said they would have to send the glasses back, take off the extra coating, then I'd have to come back again. SERIOUSLY??! Someone had to add the coating, now you're going to send the glasses back to have someone REMOVE it rather than work with me? Not to mention the waste of my time. Bad business and rude

I have been seeing Dr George Georgilis since I can remember (25+ years probably more). He has always been professional, warm, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The front staff team have always been great, Shawna has been there ever since I remember and wonderful at customer service. I recently had Becky and she was wonderful as well. I will continue to use them as long as I live close enough to go to them and recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist.
