Each LXV Wine is paired with a blend of flavors, curated in-house, that mirrors, complements, and, sometimes contrasts flavors in the wine, thereby heightening the wine tasting.

LXV is a space where we bring the flavors from around the world to our tasting table - through wines and through pairings. We have opened up the restrained jargon of pH and acidity of wine, to a more inclusive and experiential conversation of flavors and senses. Being one of the first Indian women to own a winery in the US, that was named in the Top- 10 tasting experiences in America by USA Today, comes with a lot of responsibility!
LXV is an invitation to dip your toes in the sensory world of wine and flavors. The three exclusive spaces - the blue room, the Cellar room, and the outdoor patio offer three distinct areas and three unique experiences for wine tasting.
The owner/vintner was extremely hospitable and enthusiastic in sharing the story of the wines and her path as well as the path of the grapes in creating this wine tasting experience -- and it truly is an experience, not to be missed! We made a reservation for an intimate wine deconstruction evening with the owner of this boutique winery and it was.

With its perfectly aspected southwest facing slopes, limestone-rich foothills, and marine-influenced terroir, the property lies in the heart of the Willow Creek District, which has come to be known as the top sub-appellation of Paso Robles. The terroir of Willow Creek shows in its wines. The best expressions are richly textured and precisely structured, with mineral or loamy accents and ripe tannins.
Bring your picnic to the vineyard and enjoy the rolling hillsides, the new vines, and the birds. A $50 cancelation fee applies if you cancel before receiving at least 2 additional shipments (after the initial one on joining the club). Shipments cannot be changed or canceled within 10 days of each shipment.

I cannot say enough good things about LXV Wine, its owners, and its staff. I find that plenty of wineries and tasting rooms in Paso Robles rest on their laurels and either offer less-than-stellar wine, or inattentive service. This is not the case at LXV. Their wines are incredibly smooth, rich, and flavorful. They're ready to drink upon purchase or in a few years for a special occasion. I love their wines so much I became a wine club member after my first tasting.
Speaking of tastings, they offer a very unique experience where the wines are paired with a curated selection of spices served

Loved the 5-Star Reviews on Yelp and had to visit while in Paso Robles. Loved our experience with our combined wine and spice tasting! The tasting fee is $20 regularly and add $10 for the spice pairing (well worth it!). The staff were friendly, so full of knowledge, and helpful...and the wines and spices were excellent. We booked easily online, they have a charming downtown location with comfortable couches, and it was a pleasure all around. Wines are flavorful, unique, smooth and organic...and paired very well with the unique spices. Great 5-star experience!

We tried the tasting room in town and the staff was exceptional! They had such in-depth knowledge on the wine and the winery along with the history behind each grape used for their wines, we tried the pairing and that was the best and truly did bring out the truth in the wine notes. Will be coming back again!

LXV wines are delicious. You can really taste the absolute devotion Kunal & Neeta put into each and every bottle. Their passion and knowledge is shared so freely. Becoming a wine club member, has been an experience like none other. We enjoyed our first Wine Club Pickup event this past weekend, and we look forward to many more. Whether tasting at the tasting room in town or out at the ranch, your experience will be exquisite.

This review is for the opportunity to taste out at the vineyards... having never been to the tasting room... but 5 stars without question. Communication with the owners to make the appointment was friendly and prompt, and due to being a slower "Covid" weekend, we were given the opportunity to move our tasting to the vineyard instead of downtown.
Got here and arrived to a beautiful expansive view of the vineyards and welcomed into a small vine covered barn. Anna was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helped create a great tasting experience, spice pairings included. Tasting included

We made a reservation for an intimate wine deconstruction evening with the owner of this boutique winery and it was a fantastic experience! Seated with 4 other people, we sampled various wines, spices, and foods prepared by our hostess as she explained how each flavor would bring out different aspects of each wine.
We so enjoyed this experience and had no bad here that we became members to be able to enjoy more in months to come.
This quaint tasting room is beautiful and has some delicious wine! We look forward to returning again.

I tried this location for a quick tasting. I noticed from previous yelpers to go with the spice tasting, so I took their suggestion and I'm so glad I did!
It is tucked away in a small corner plaza. There is a small drive up coffee shop in the middle and the winery has a mini patio for tasting.
The sommeliers were welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in. It was nice to be greeted right away.
The tasting is $20 for four tasting and $30 for spice tasting. Again, I would suggest the spice tasting for an additional $10. They pair the same sheeps milk cheese with four different creative

Absolutely an unexpected thrill! They accommodated us during wine festival week even though we didn't have a reservation. Our lush limo driver Christy hooked us up and set up a tasting. The spice pairing is a must do and accent the wines so perfectly!
Melanie our LXV concierge was fantastic and so very sweet! She walked us through every wine with her knowledge and gorgeous accent.

There is a lot to like about LXV. The staff is wonderful and the owners are often present. The wines are very structured and low in tannins, so if you don't like how "harsh" wine can be sometimes, this is a good place to try. The normal tasting is $20 and the tasting paired with spiced cheeses (which I think you should do if you're there because it's unique to them) is $30.
They lose a star for their prices. The tasting is on the high side and it isn't immediately deducted with purchase. The bottles are also high compared to similar bottles we had from the area.
Also, it's in town so if you're

We had the pleasure of tasting at the LXV vineyard and sitting under a beautiful oak tree. We were greeted by 2 dogs (golden retrievers) and the owner (Kunal) came by to say hi, (we shared our Piedmont truffle hunt stories). Our wine tasting server was super friendly and knowledgeable on the wines as well as spices. Of the 4 tastings we did in Paso Robles, this was by far the most expensive (prepaid tasting, spice pairing extra, no discount on purchase of bottles, bottles were $60-90 range). This probably makes sense given all the press LXV had received. Tip- they are constructing more tasting

If you are anywhere near LXV then drop everything and get a tasting/pairing appointment! This experience stands out as one of the best and unique tastings that I have been too (which is quite a few lol). You will also be supporting an amazing Indian woman - probably the first in this business - she is amazing. You definitely need to book a tasting in advance.

LXV is a true gem in Paso. Having tried a couple dozen wines from this region, LXV is really at the very top of this list.
We did a tasting at the downtown location which is so cozy. Only two other tastings were happening at the same time and we were so comfortably spaced.
You have to do the spice pairing with the tasting- every spice note is so carefully chosen and amplifies each wine perfectly. Our favorites that we left with were the Jewel and the Cab Franc .
Neeta , one of the owners, came around to say hi and chat for a few minutes - she was so cordial and sweet. It's amazing to see

We found LXV by searching on Yelp. The owner spoke to us and explained that they were fully booked for the day but offered a slot for us the next day. We went to their vineyard, very classical Indian ( the country in asia ) themed. I will say the tasting room in downtown has wonderful spices that offset the senses that really affects the taste of the wine.
At the ranch they accomplish this is through cheese spice pairing. It was a great experience. The tastes and flavors in the wine easy come out with given the spices in the cheese.
I would say it was a wonderful experience and something

LXV is a must for any person looking for a good wine tasting experience in Paso.
Neeta originally messaged me a day or so before my reservation recently and asked if I would be ok with tasting at the ranch, and I'm so happy that I did. When we got there we had to wait for a electronic gate to let us in. When it opened we were greeted by a friendly doggy that lived on the property. There were multiple dogs there but all were trained and super friendly. It was also quite a treat because right where we did our tasting, we had an amazing view of the vineyard in the distance.

Second locale on our wine excursion. Reservations made in advance as required on their website. I picked this winery as it was different and offered a spice pairing with an Indian flare (I love Indian food). The husband and wife owners are both from India so it was a no-brainer.
Unfortunately, our reservation was overbooked according to Neeta (wife), but she was able to accommodate us and bent over backwards to do so. We were sent o the Ranch (reserved for members only) and provided a private table overlooking the vineyard. Since we hadn't eaten yet, Neeta made a charcuterie for us to enjoy

Great service outside for a shared tasting.
The woman helping us was willing to help us with anything we needed 'Paso'.
We had 1 tasting with the spice pairing. Meaning spices of their choice that they feel will compliment the wine, on small bits of cheese.
I recommend doing this and I do not even like cheese!
We had a nice big table outside for 5 of us and a dog.
I liked the location a lot and was glad we came across this place as a total accident.

This tasting room is like no other. It's not just about great wine (it is great wine), it is about how the wine pairs with some amazing spices. The tasting comes with four wines and four spices, and the pairings of the flavors will blow you away. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. And the wine is remarkable. It may look like another tasting room, but it's not. This place is something special.
