This appartment complex is making a lots of money. The base pay for a 2 bedroom is over $1200.00 mandatory $70.00 for water. THEY did not plan for parking when it was built, so it's $30.00 for a parking space REQUIRED 1 SPOT with any unit. PLUS UTILITIES. The appliances are REFURBISHED and the dishwasher is a great dish rack for your dishes... RENT A HOUSE. The staff is great! It's a nice place. VERY OVER PRICED.

Living here wasn’t TERRIBLE. neighbors are friendly, apartments are spacious and look nice. the dog park stayed open through the pandemic. but living here wasn’t GREAT either. there was very little parking in proportion to the size of the complex, very thin walls, theft was very common and although the staff made mention of it (not all the time) they did nothing to help with it. the cameras they have are useless and i’m not even sure they’re turned on. the units are way overpriced, and upon move in i chalked it up to all the cool amenities but apparently that was not correct. they’re

I did not rent here however I did have a negative experience with trying to obtain information as a potential renter. I filled out their form, gave some information on what I was looking for and and an approximate date for move in (as it is not finalized yet). I asked for an email back with the availability of their units and simply received back an email saying to call them. They didn't answer any of my questions at all and I was completely ignored. I responded asking for once again the same information that I requested the first time and they came back basically giving me information for a unit

While we are an amazing community as a whole, what worries me the most is about personal belongings being stolen from right under us. I Personally had my bicycle stolen from the locked shed area by the basketball court and others have had similar items stolen from us. I don't think it is right to steal from one another; which sets a bad example up for our children. Because of this, I am giving this overall community a one star review and my apartment community a 1.5 star review.

I stayed with my wife @the Baileys for over one year. As I can confirm from many reviews when you get in all is nice and perfect, prior Covid pandemic there was even beer night offered to customer every Tuesday, gym and pool was a very good pro.
And again, Walk-trough and an apartment checklist is NOT offered for new renters, even if you ask!
BTW The units quality construction is very poor, we were able to hear a lot of noises from neighbors all around our unit(we were at the 2nd floor).
The Dryer outlet from the 3rd floor was blowing stuff on our porch in the nice season, very poor design.

The staff I have worked with have always gone above and beyond to help me. Each staff member have left me feeling at ease and always have been so helpful and kind! Love the: Staff - friendly, handles any issues, helpful and respectful. Location - you are near the buses, gas, shopping, banks, convenient stores, DMV, Post office, plenty of places to eat and yet not on the… main busy drag. Being near the Amazon creek/path and seeing the wildlife is awesome. Amenities - pool/hot tub, workout room, indoor court rooms, beer/wine nights with snacks, our annual BBQ. Apartment - plenty of space, they take care of any issues and love the in unit washer/dryer. Grounds - well kept.

Living at the Bailey has been such a phenomenal experience! Such a peaceful location, staff is great, and the community wonderful. The Bailey is very close to any convenient stores, grocery stores, and restaurants which is very convenient for all residents! My wife and I enjoy every bit of living at The Bailey!

In our experience, the positives outweigh negatives for the Bailey. I love that it’s dog friendly, has a dog wash station, and feels very safe, but have had some issues with loud neighbors (to be expected in apartment living) and a few snafus with the leasing office (being assigned someone else’s parking spot, losing documents, rent changes, etc). It’s a large complex, well maintained and clean! Overall, would recommend for families, there are usually lots of kids around playing outside and great amenities available for any age group!

The location, apartment, community, and the staff is all so amazing! The staff members made it so easy for the move in and are so great to communicate with. Everyone is so friendly and kind, especially with the community events hosted once a week. The apartment itself is wonderful and spacious! Would definitely recommend 😊
