Whether you are new to yoga or just new to us, we are glad you found us and can't wait to meet you! As our way of saying "hi" and "you belong here" we're offering two weeks of unlimited classes to new students for only $49. Yoga Teacher Training is a transformative process of learning, growing, connecting, and deepening your practice. We offer 200hr level programs for those just starting their teaching journey as well as Advanced Teacher Training at the 300hr level for those who have already completed a 200hr program.

Bringing sass and pizazz to your typical power class! Expect a wicked fun flow, good vibes, lots of laughter, and sequencing that will make you sweat, sort you out and bring you to bliss in savasana. Our Hot Power classes are hot and humid and suitable for all levels looking for a powerful work out while getting a soul-serving work in!
Pre-registration and payment is required for all classes. If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel your reservation 4 hours before class begins or you will be considered a "late cancel, " which will result in losing your class credit or a $15 late cancel fee for unlimited packages/members.
Our Waltham studio is big and beautiful with wood floors, high ceilings and a wall of windows. We have a small tea room, a little library, a meditation loft and lots of space. Waltham is our anchor studio where we gather for community events, host our teacher training programs and many of our workshops.
Old oak floors, wooden ceilings, and a large lounge for a lobby make our Braintree studio an incredibly special space that we know you'll love as much as we do. Our Braintree studio is located on Washington Street in South Braintree Square across from St. Francis Church. The studio is located on the 3rd floor and provides a beautiful view of the square and the sky from three walls of windows.
