THIS AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGES that you understand and accept the terms and conditions of this Rental Contract. The Renter, for purposes of this agreement, is both the principal for himself or herself and the agent for all persons using the rental property under the terms of this agreement. It is the duty of the renter to publish the terms of this agreement to all persons who will use the rental property rented under the terms of this agreement.

Difficult to work with, unless they choose to make the right decision for the owners of the property they manage and for their past, current and future customers, and REVISE their refund policy given the global pandemic, I cannot continue to be an advocate for their business. I am a member of DoD and put on a travel restriction, they are refusing to refund my credit card even though I cancelled 30 days in advanced.

This is the worst company to use to book vacations. I am currently 5 months pregnant and they are focusing me to travel through a national crisis were citizens are recommended to not travel. I will never book through the company again and I will discourage all others from doing the same.

Very happy that they were able to reschedule our May trip to October with ease! They were super flexible even though our trip was a few weeks away. We have rented through them before and found them to always be helpful, honest, and fair. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great, stress free vacation!

Just wanted to say I had a awesome experience with Venture Found Vacation. We booked our vacation back in January for a trip spring break in March. They were more than willing to work with us to move our vacation to different dates and we also received free activities during our stay! We stayed at their Summer Breeze condo in Destin. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our last full day of vacation landed my husband in the hospital and we weren't sure if they would admit him overnight. I called Venture Found to see if we could extend our stay another night. They promptly returned my call and made arrangements for us to stay if need be. We ended up leaving as scheduled with a later check out time and no additional charge.
