Unfortunately Dr. Sao lacks both the clinical knowledge and bedside manner to be an eye doctor I would ever see again. Don't expect her to listen to your concerns. She may a new doc and lacking in experience which is understandable but not OK when it comes to patient care or safety. This office prides itself on trust and safety but I felt neither of those under the care of Dr. Sao.

Never go to this optometry. I had my worst experience here. If you go to Yelp, you will see more 1-star comments about this optometrist. I am not the only one who made the complaint. And Sao did not deny the poor quality of glasses in heir store.
Sinavy Sao has awful attitudes toward patients. Before you pay for anything, she looks like a sweet angel. Once she gets your money, she will show her extremely cold heart and never care about you. And be careful about parking there, they will ruthlessly tow your car even though you are their patient.

I recently moved to the area and walked passed Belmont Heights Optometry. Their location is conveniently located with parking. The office staff was very friendly and effective with getting me in for an appointment. For my exam appt. they welcomed me in and were super great with helping get my information filled out. Exam was thorough and Dr. Sao was very nice and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I will be coming here for years to come.

Best eye doctor ever - they're into natural cures and not pushy sales. California has dry weather, so that's why some of us have dry eyes. No expensive prescription here. My eyes were fine, my eye test came back normal. All I have to do is be mindful and spend some time by doing warm compressions, adding eye drops BEFORE going on the computer and take my eye vitamins. The Doctor gave me a list of preferred brands for eyedrops, eye masks, Omega vitamins and also suggested a humidifier so my eyes won't be so dry. It worked! I am glad I found this Doctor and Optometry office. It's nice, clean, private

This is the worst store I've ever visited, cheap material but high price frames, very poor quality lenses, long waiting time for pick up, and pretty rude and unprofessional optometrist. Tip: You can check the real market prices on Amazon for the frames before making the decision. This store sells low-end low-quality brands and overcharges on purpose to make more profits. You can definitely buy much better frames and lenses in other optometry stores.
