Our comprehensive vision exam goes far beyond 20/20 vision to evaluate many important visual skills, as well as to rule out eye diseases and vision anomalies.
Dr. Kunal Shah & Dr. Robert Frohn have had great success fitting even the most difficult contact lenses - rigid gas permeable, bifocals, toric (astigmatic) lenses and even keratoconic lenses. We can change your eye color, give you lenses that encompass the latest technology for dry eyes, and more. Our vast inventory of contact lenses allows most patients to take home their contact lenses the same day.
Not every eyeglass lens is made the same. Here at Dr. Shah & Dr. Frohn Optometry, we carry the latest computer generated eyeglass lens options with lenses from Varilux, Transitions, Crizal etc. Our wide selection of lens options ensures that we can provide you with the right solution for your prescription, lifestyle, and budget.
Visual needs, lifestyles, personal taste and budgets are infinitely variable. We recognize this and stock over 1500 frames at Dr. Shah & Dr. Frohn Optometry for you to choose from. Usually, your best choice is to purchase one or more pair of glasses with different lenses based on the purpose of the eyewear.
Dr. Shah and Dr. Frohn co-manage LASIK evaluation, surgery, and post-operative care with some of the best eye surgeons anywhere. Together we provide care for you before and after surgery, with eye doctors who know your history and your eyes. Dr. Franklin W. My family loves going annually to Dr. Shah’s office! The front office staff are warm, courteous, and prompt. We never wait and are always taken back within minutes of walking in. Dr. Shah is a superb clinician, is empathetic and always explains things in a wonderful manner. He is truly great with kids. Although we come from afar, about 45min drive, he and his office are 100% worth it!!!

Dr shah has been my eye Doctor for 15 years now and he makes you feel safe taking care of your eyes. It’s great coming in and catching up on last years events. He’s a good listener and cares about your health/eyes. The staff members are so awesome too!!!! Susan , Maggie, Megan. The gentleman who took care of me today is very personable. Thank you guys!!!! I miss you already and looking forward till we meet again in Dec 2022😄

I brought my daughter here for an eye exam and glasses a few year back. I was very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the office staff. So much, that I changed my provider with my health plan, so that I can come here too. Soon after, my husband needed and exam and glasses and I referred him here too. We will keep coming back.

Everyone in this optometry office is super kind and professional. They treat you like part of the family when you come in, and they are always very prompt with your appointments. They have a nice variety of frames, and they help you pick out the one that’s just right for you. I would give them extra stars if I could!

Seriously the best Optometrist I have ever been to! Right when I walked into the door, I was greeted and given papers fast! Then, within 2 minutes I was examined and prepped before I saw Dr. Shah. Everyone was friendly, super knowledgeable, and FAST! Dr. Shah took the time to get to know me and discuss options for my eyes. The entire experience was 30 minutes! Dr. Shah and his staff were very personable, friendly, and once again FAST. Effective and efficient service. This will be my Optometrist from here on out! THANK YOU!

I've been coming here for almost a decade! Dr. Shah is an excellent optometrist, always takes the time to explain any questions or concerns you may have. I am so grateful to have found Dr Shah. My first experience in his office he had to pick me horrible news, I had a detached retina and needed surgery ASAP. I have never had a medical professional take the time of of their day to check on me, Dr Shah called me on a Saturday morning to make sure I was able to get a surgery date/time. His office is so friendly and professional, I would recommend them to ANYONE! I went back to him, over my surgeon for my temporary glasses while my eye is healing. Thank you again Dr Shah!
