Had a less than pleasant visit today. If Dr. Watters and his assistants weren't so great, I'd seriously consider going elsewhere due to the treatment I received from the front desk and optical. I politely asked a basic question at the front desk and she responded in a rude tone as if I'd been rude or aggressive, which I wasn't ( that's not my style). The she walked by me and barked an order at me to "sit down" while I was waiting. ( Umm - I am a grown-a** woman. Do not bark orders at me. Needless to say - I remained standing). The someone from optical brought

I would not recommend this place at all. I brought my daughter here for sudden onset loss of vision and the doctor ridiculed my daughter and told her he could not see any reason for loss of vision, and he felt it was psychological. (Which is fine) but he went on to tell my child she "needed to stop making things up that weren't real" he said here was no recommendation for her other than to control her anxiety and mind set, to be more positive.
We went to our pediatrician, frustrated, who sent us through Kaiser vision who referred us to the Casey eye institute. We had a few tests

Staff all very pleasant and accommodating considering my newborn was being less than cooperative. I was only there for new prescription for contacts so it wasn't a super complicated visit. Charges were explained thoroughly, all my questions answered. A big plus was they carry my brand of contacts which is a less common one.
