While some locations will replace frames for up to 6 months or even 1 year, we fully guarantee the quality of your frame for a full 2 YEARS against manufacturer defect. Even if a frame is discontinued, we will still take care of your frames for a full 2 YEARS.

This past year my family and I needed to find a new eye doctor due to new insurance and our previous eye doctor moved out of state. We decided to give First Sight Family Vision a try, and we are so glad we did. Dr. Egbert and his staff did a great job of putting the fears of our younger kids to rest, answering all of our questions completely, and explaining things clearly. The wait time was short, our exams weren't rushed, and the entire staff was very positive and friendly. We've had a great experience this year with First Sight Family Vision and look forward to continuing as patients of Dr. Egbert

The doctor, who also is apparently the owner I think, called me later that same a day and apologized. There was apparently a glitch in a their new scheduling program and has since been fixed. He was very apologetic and even tried to come into the office several hours before they open in order to accommodate my schedule. He was also willing to take out some fees in order to make things right. I initially had a bad experience but it doesn't sound like it was their fault. I will say, that my wife has been there recently and had great experience. I'll give them another shot. The amount of

Helpful, friendly staff, and I feel my eye health is well addressed.
I do wish eyewear -- frames, lenses, coatings, etc., weren't so expensive here as it would be nice to do everything at the same place. I recognize it's also based on my prescription, so the cost is different for everyone, but it just seems really high when I feel I get a quality product from another place for less than half the price. I'm sure there must be a difference, but my eyes don't seem to notice it.

I just have to say THANK YOU to Dr. Egbert and the staff! This was my first visit to their clinic and now I’m going to go back for ALL of my future glasses and contacts but most importantly, my yearly eye exam. They have advanced equipment, an extensive selection of frames (reasonably priced) and the Dr. is great!

After writing response I was able to speak with the eye doctor and clear up this big confusion with the numbers on the prescription and it wasn't anything they did wrong. Overall I did have a pleasant experience at the appointment and with the staff.
I went in and got an eye exam done because I'm struggling with blurred vision. I was told that I need to have a prescription reading glass. I sat down and went over some of the options and felt good I got my. Prescription printed out and went home to do some research on my options for frames and lenses. I found the exact pair with the lens online
