I love living at Media Station Apartments. This place has everything I need. This is my first time renting and I heard it from other people that if you have bad management team, it is a nightmare to live there no matter how nice the place is. I certainly agree with this! The staff at Media Station Apartments from the property manager to maintenance have been fantastic! They are friendly, polite, and quick to respond to questions/issues. I’d recommend Media Station Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Come talk to Renata and/or her team and you won’t be disappointed!

Sure the renovations are nice but receiving packages and food delivery here is a constant nightmare. Pro tip, don’t pay for rush shipping because there’s a 50/50 chance it will be delivered to the wrong address and will have wasted your money. You better hope that you don’t have an urgent delivery or get medication delivered because every other online order gets delivered to the wrong address. The complex signage is not clear. Neighbors try to be nice by bringing the packages into the building but don’t check if the packages really belong there and you’re not able to get into the other

My husband and I loved our experience and wish that we could've stayed longer but we had to move states due to our job. We constantly talk about how wonderful our life was at Media Station Apartments. The apartments are immaculate and the management is exceptional. They are quick to respond to any maintenance requests and flexible about move-in/out dates. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet as well. We have nothing but praise for this apartment complex and the management team!! I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving into the area!!

I have lived here for 2 years and love it! The office staff is great, the location is amazing and my favorite thing about the apartments is you can barely hear any of the surrounding apartments which is great. I hope in the future they become pet friendly but besides that this is an amazing, clean, well kept place to live. In the 2 years I have lived here i have never had to call maintenance because besides a light bulb and small things i can fix myself nothing major ever breaks like my appliances which is huge!

Media Station is an excellent place to live. Convenient to everything, especially downtown Media, and Philadelphia. Management is exceptional, and maintenance is extremely prompt and knowledgeable, getting some requests done in as little as the same day. I lived comfortable for two years here, and would recommend Media Station to anyone

I love media station apartments, beautiful renovations! I was getting a head start with my search and met with Gianna the leasing agent. She was so helpful and cheerful. She explained everything to me clearly and when I am ready to move for certain I will be giving them a call back!!! Highly recommend.

My husband and I lived here last year and we had an amazing experience. The manager was flexible with our unique moving situation and they went above and beyond to help us out. I can't recommend a better place to live. The apartments have also been renovated with modern appliances and updated bathrooms. The only thing that was a bit old were the washers and dryers, but they did the job of cleaning our clothes.
The area is also great! It's walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the train station.

Great place to live. Awesome location. Can walk to downtown Media and train station. The ladies at the leasing office were super nice and always replied promptly. Great experience! The grounds look very nice. The apartment is very spacious with a nice walk-in closet. Washer and dryer in the unit = convenience. The pool is definitely a huge plus to have. Everyone seems really nice and polite.

My husband and I lived at Media Station Apartments for 5 years (2011-2016) in one of the 1BR/1Bath w/Den units that had not been fully renovated. (We had an updated kitchen and a new bathroom vanity but at the time we moved out there were even more modern renovations underway in other units.) A few of the pros were the concrete construction, balcony, den, wooded surroundings, fireplace, walk-in-closet, ample storage, washer/dryer in unit, pool, online maintenance requests and rent payments and our updated kitchen. The only con that comes to mind is the lack of an external dryer vent which is something
